Tru Staple of the community real authentic Jamaican cuisine! The snapper escovitch is a tasty delicious treat with a flair of Scotch bonnet pepper sauce, at just the right amount. Makes this a real dish from the Caribbean .

The best oxtail in town. I wish I lived closer as I am in Clearwater. What an authentic treat! I love this more than hot wings. (I say this because you similarly eat the meat around the bone) And the collagen it gives you does wonders for your joints and skin! Pricey but worth it!

Sid's have the best quality and flavor through an through... other local Caribbean spots have good meat and cabbage maybe but can't make good rice an peas or macaroni... everything nice here at Sid's EVERYTHING. Best in all of SOuthside. Always fresh, nothing dry or old.
