My friend and I waited 45 minutes to get the Tripple Dipper. 45 minutes. Our waitress was friendly but that doesn’t make up for the insane wait time. The place was completely empty so I’m not understanding what took so long. Then the food wasn’t good at all. Won’t be going back

Came for 1 pm lunch.horrible. rice was hard like leftovers. Sides came almost 10 minutes earlier then fajitas. Tortillas were rubbery from being in a steamer and leftovers. Too early to be that bad from fresh.meat was grey.peppersand onions burnt ,,Trash on floor. Restrooms disgusting . A true disappointment.

Rico is an elite server. Way above and beyond. Some people wake up and decide they are going to be excellent at what they do, and Rico is that dude. Went in last night with my gf. As soon as I’d finish a drink, before the cup even hit the table, Rico was there with a refill. We ordered items of a combo without knowing, he put in the other item to get us the deal. Our food came out before our appetizer. We didn’t complain, he spotted it from across the restaurant, came over and told us it’d be right out. He returned with the appetizer, told us it would be comped, and had the manager stop by to tell us. We asked for to go containers and he came back with wipes, to go cups, to go dips, and fresh chips. Haha It was my first time ever going to Chilis. Rico turned what would have been a super minor annoyance into an absolutely delightful experience. Food was good too. lol.

There was beautiful gentleman at the front door with a aqua shirt his name is Bryant a manager that when I went on I had told him it was my daughter's first date and from there he took over and took well care of them and also when I picked her up he also stood outside and make sure she got into the right car and that is a wonderful person and good service ❤️
