Placed a Togo order last night, arrived during the completion window so I went inside, checked on food, told it was not ready if I didn’t get a text and I would receive a text message when it was and do not come back inside until I got my text message. I went and sat back in my car for another approximate 20 to 25 minutes, never got a text message, went back into check, and my food had been sitting there the whole time. By the time my food was handed to me. It was ice cold and old. Absolutely ridiculous service. The girl was just too lazy to check when I first went in, only cared about a text, which was her job to send and she didn’t.
Emma was terrible and ignored myself standing there for minutes without her even asking if we needed help, and my food was terrible by the time she decided to do her job.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner tonight. We haven't been to Chili's in years - even though its my favorite chain restaurant! Everything was so good. The restaurant was clean, every employee was kind and attentive. We were sat and greeted immediately. After we placed our order our drinks and apps were brought to us right away and everything was cleared quickly when we were finished. Our meal was delicious. Our server was Cinquetta, she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, helpful and just a great server with a positive attitude.

Ordered togo food and was missing multiple items. All i got was meat and tortillas for the fajitas. Was missing the bread with the cajun pasta. Had to drive back to get the missing items leading to me eating over priced cold food. Not only that the kitchen was out of cheese but no one felt the need to tell me? I paid for extra cheese and everything.
General manager is an absolute gem! Great service thank you
