Is this a VIP Chinese restaurant... Absolutely NOT. But is it simple, convenient, tasty food? -- Absolutely. This restaurant is always my number one or number two choice when going to the Tyrone Mall. Chick-fil-A is the only restaurant that sometimes steals the number one spot. Today, the barbecue pork caught my eye. Looks great. Tastes great. I'm also a sucker for fried plantains. So all in all... Great food option. Fast service. Clean restaurant You can also add a large Coke for $2.50... and it's not just large -- It's ginormous. Tons of food and an extra large drink. I'm going home satisfied.

I usually never post reviews but this was absolutely horendous, so much so that everyone at my table lost their appetite when they saw what was in the mushroom and beef entree. It was a clump of mushroom dirt with roots or what looked like hair. I usually don't complain about food and eat whatever is presented to me, but this literally made me gag. As an apology they offered me more food, which obviously I refused. After about 10 mins, they finally gave my money back and told me to go away, which I also refused to do. I was insistent on showing them a YouTube video of how to properly clean mushrooms, to which they responded "go away, we gave you your money back so shut up now". After hearing this, I threw the money back at them and said its not about the money it's about service and respect of the customer. They later went on to say, "we are rich and own 2 big houses, we don't need your money..." Karma will get the best of these folks, I guarantee it. Anyway, if you haven't deduced yet, DONT EAT FROM HERE!

I really like the selection of different items that they have available and how good everything tastes. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need for your order.

I've been to a lot of Chinese food places in malls and this is by far the best I've been. I love Crab Rangoon and ordered a bunch, came our fresh and crispy! Must try! The chicken bbq was the best and I had to fight my boyfriend for it.

Decided to get the picture with teriyaki chicken and pineapple chicken with fried rice. The chicken was really good and the fried rice was moist like it was just made and brought out. I would ignore the 2.4 rating this place has because I really liked it and would recommend it

This fast food restaurant is in the Tyrone Square Mall's food court. I was here for lunch and had the two entree and one side plate that, with tax, came to a total of $8.45. I chose two helpings of pineapple chicken and fried rice. Pineapple chicken has been my favorite Chinese dish since childhood. (People who claim that pineapple chicken isn't "real Chinese" have never been to restaurants on the subtropical Chinese Island of Hainan.) My pineapple chicken was delicious and the fried rice was really good too. I liked my food so much that, in the future, I might visit the Tyrone Square Mall for no other reason than to dine at this place. I have been to China Max at other mall food courts but this was the best China Max experience I ever had.

Food was disgusting! The rice was not fresh and there were barely any options. We also later discovered that they took an UNAUTHORISED higher tip without our consent!!DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

First and last time eating here. If you’re going to be that rude why are you working for a place that you have to have communication with others. The food is extremely mediocre. The service is extremely rude. No thank you, no welcome, no smile, and guess what. NO TIP FROM ME! Other than take a course in customer service!! Done!!!
