I went to get two large orders of Wonton Soup since half the family has a cold, and usually this does the trick. After I get them home and taste tge wonton it was raw and very dough. I called the store the girl said the inside should be warm and started talking so fast it made no sense, she said with an attitude you want another order, no I want my money. If there is slot taken out you can only get some of the money back. I returned them to her her but I left 2 of the crunchy sticks, she said go get them, girl you got the right one today. She deducted $3 from my bill for them. Never again nasty food and worst customer service ever.

Got a chicken broccoli and some wings, wings were good but the chicken had a weird bite. Wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I asked for garlic sauce in the dish and specified that but they put it on the side. I’m very familiar with how Chinese restaurants operate, I don’t expect a smile and hug when I walk in but even the phone call to place my order was weird and when I got to the restaurant it was even weirder. Super short, rude, they’re behind plexiglas like it’s still Covid and signs posted with wording that makes it seem that there’s constant issues. Terrible experience and food

The lady who served us has a bad temper... as if she doesn't want to work... or they won't pay her well... she wanted to charge us extra for the sauce that comes included... in other places they give you the sauces for free.

These People Are Very Disrespectful They Serve You With No Smile, They Won’t Greet You Or Anything You Spend 30$ Or More On They’re Food Just To Be Told If You Want 2 More Soy Sauce You Have To Pay 20 cents After They Only Gave You Maybe 4 Soy Sauce And 4 Duck Sauce Very Poor Mannered And Rude This Establishment Is Maybe This Is Why Tasty Wings No Longer Exist, They Need To Go Back To China With The Attitude And Service They’re Giving Totally Not Cool

China Star went downhill the food is nasty the customer service is horrible the girl in the front to take the order she always have an attitude she always messing up your order then she overcharged you for stuff that you ain’t getting it when you get your food get a little bit of food and some other of the food be cook from the night before just nasty 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮China Star is not what it used to be they need to Close this place down frfr

Not a pleasant experience from front counter person. This was far most the worst chicken I ever had. We ordered shrimp fried rice with Garlic / Bbq chicken wings. The meat was mushy and brown as well as the bone on chicken literally Black !!! This cant be real chicken my kids and I threw it out. Waste of $30

Was craving late night Chinese take out. I ordered the beef lo mein, shrimp fried rice, crab rangoons, and it came with an egg roll. Really hit the spot! Very good flavors and the girl on the phone was friendly and suggested I get the combo instead of all separate which I appreciated.
