Food quality completely depends on who is working. It’s obvious some of the staff cares about their work, while they are normally left alone upfront with a line of 20 people while the other 10 on shift are hiding in the back and playing around. Also watch your stuff. Can’t tell you how many times there are just vagrants just wondering around the seating area.

Did chipotle switch owners the last few years? Why does it suck so much now? Seems quality of ingredients went down price went up and there are less workers helping which makes for slow uncomfortable service. No wonder I stopped going. Tried again recently and I can confirm I probably won’t go back. The staff was pleasant enough at least that’s why 2*

I have been coming to this chipotle for years. There was a time where this place was a well oiled machine. The staff was very nice and worked well together.
But that time is gone. Over the last few years the staff has gotten worse. It’s now at the point where they are the most unprofessional chipotle staff I’ve ever dealt with. They have bad attitudes, argue with each other, and miss out on basic details. Always no forks, no sauce containers. One time they had chick fil a cups for the drinks for some reason. Dirty tables… slow unorganized line… it’s just poorly run now. It feels like whoever owned/operated this place a few years ago transferred out. It’s been 180 change.
Not the worst Chipotle in the area for the food but the service is atrocious. Tables are always dirty. Today at 7:00 pm there were 25 people in line with 1 older woman working the food line, 1 woman staring at her at the cash register, 2 cooks working hard, and literally SIX other workers standing around laughing and talking or obviously pretending to clean. Took 20 minutes to get through the line. Won’t be back to this location until they figure their management out.

They really need to reevaluate the staff and the food service. This was the straw that broke the camels back, I went there this evening at 7:20p on 12/15 and the doors were locked, there were ppl in there, customers arguing with staff, staff arguing with customers, orders not being taken. So I walked out. Obviously there's no management. Service is always TERRIBLE

My son and I just visited Chipotle, and a woman named Katrina prepared our meals. Each time I've come here, she has always been polite and kind. My order was quite complicated, and the line was out the door, but she continued to serve us while also training two new employees. Thank you for your excellent service!
