There is this skinny older lady with winkles and eye liner that is upmost the rudest person ever. I understand that Chipotle is getting very cheap with quantity of food. But when i ask for a double wrap burrito, I DO NOT NEED THIS LADY TELLING ME "Thats extra, this is extra, getting a double wrap doesn't mean you get more" She says it with a very rude tone. I walked out after the moment I stepped in noticing her working few days later. I think she's a Manager or something. But i bet she's the reason why this location has such a HIGH TURN OVER RATE. POOR management! The night shift staff are amazing!!!! NOT HER!!!!!!

Ordered the new chicken al pastor bowl. There was a 3-ftx5-Ft sign behind the counter featuring the item as a limited time special. When I asked their team member to give me what was in the picture he said "I have no idea how to make that." Then I asked for brown rice. He said they were out of brown rice. When I asked him again if he could make it like in the picture he threw some chicken on a bowl of white rice and slid it down to the next person. He was clearly angry. Probably felt embarrassed that he didn't know how to make the item in the picture. So I paid for my item Pplus a drink. And I went to get a fork to eat it with. No forks. So I asked for a fork! I was told they didn't have any forks, only spoons.Bottom line, employee didn't know how to make the item and got angry. They didn't have any brown rice and they didn't have any forks. Not what I would call a stellar service or dining moment would you?

Workers were very rude and acted very put out. Lady making food for the line was extremely rude and gave me a hard time and an extremely dirty obvious look when I asked for something. Side note I didn’t ask for much. Next when my friend asked for sour cream the lady looked at us with the most hateful shock looking facial expression like she couldn’t believe we asked for it. Portions were small which felt on purpose. Overall it was crazy and felt like a nightmare. The energy was extremely weird, quiet, and sad.

Horrible experience. Line preparer was rude, rushed people and then when asked by multiple customers to slow down... she got upset and stated "whatever I don't have time for this" and went to the back. This is the second time that I have encountered her poor behavior and poor customer service. Unfortunately I do not know her name as none of the staff members had name badges. I informed the shift manager. However she was displaying this behavior in front of the manager!Once at the register to process payment the cashier display the same poor behavior and poor customer service. I was charged for guac vs queso. I have frequently visited Chipotle for years, however this is my last time visiting that location. Which is unfortunate as myself and co-workers frequent Chipotle for lunch and we recently started going this location and now no longer care to visit this location and possible any Chipotle locations.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We placed a large order on the app and it would not accept one of my cards on Apple Pay. It said to pay at pickup, but we did not receive an email confirmation. I attempted to call and see if order went through but the AI would not allow us to talk to a human. Said their time was better spent making burritos (which I get but they were going to waste time making a large order for no one if I had no confirmation). After no luck speaking with someone i decided to try another card but during the refresh it deleted our tip and time of pickup, no big deal updated tip and pickup time. Card went through fine. When I got email notification it said the wrong time, no way I would have selected 2:20 vs 7:00 pm, made no sense. I immediately called (again trying to save time and wasted food), went in circles with AI for what felt like forever, finally connected and they could not hear us. Repeated process again, with same result. Then attempted to change time via the need help chat and chatted in circles with pepper for 20 minutes all to be told I cannot change orders after they have been placed. Had to drive 15 minutes to the store (not a big deal) but this was 20+ minutes after the whole process started. Arrived to find they had already made the order. So this AI system made to save everyone’s time took a simple 30 second phone call to fix and turned it into close to an hour (order, drive to store and return) inconvenience for customer, 13 meals made for no one, wasted valuable employee time, lost future customers (I will never go back there on my own and I will tell everyone to stay away from any chipotle) all to save 30 seconds of inconvenience to the employees to answer a phone call. The manager was great when I arrived, but she has no control over the AI nonsense that you will have to deal with if ever something goes wrong. I don’t get bothered by much, but sent in a loop of AI phone message and AI chat bots was the most annoyed I have been in 10 plus years.

Overall not the worst chipotle, customer service wise they’re definitely one of the worst. Food is generally good, location is normally not the cleanest.3/27/24The manager at this location deserves a demotion. She exudes negative energy, a hostile work environment, and an unpleasant experience anytime I or co workers of mine have any interaction with her during lunch shifts.

My husband loves Chipotle! Order was for pickup, and said ready but there were almost no employees to help me actually pick it up. Shouldn't have taken 13 minutes to walk in and grab a Togo bag ??‍♀️

Arrived at this location and my experience was absolutely terrifying. I ordered 2 chicken Al pastor bowls. 1 bowl had an adequate amount of meat, the 2nd one did not. When I brought it to the servers attention and told him to take a look at the 2 bowls for a comparison, it was extremely visible that the second bowl did not have the same amount of meat as the first one. Do you know what his resolution was? He (right in front of my face) stuck his hands (in gloves) into the bowl with the right amount of meat and grabbed a small amount of chicken and proceeded to transfer meat from that bowl to the other (I’m still in disbelief). When I told him that I did not want either bowl due to him putting his hands in the food and that I would like for him to start the process over he did just that but now he is laughing as if myself, his job, or my food that he is mishandling is a joke. LAUGHING at a customer that you’ve already upset. He starts to prepare the bowls again and now he is putting little to no meat in the bowls (maybe that was what the jokes was). At this point I’m so irritated with this guy I tell him that I no longer want him to serve me and would like for someone else to prepare my food. His response? “I don’t care what you want” VERBATIM! SMH imagine being a customer and being told by a employee of the business you are patronizing that they don’t care what you want as if your not paying for it the food. Not a good feeling. So at this point I ask to speak with a Manager. His response “Iam the Manager” ??‍♂️ so I ask him his name. Instead of simply telling me his name he directs me to the cards in front of the register. Apparently he is an apprentice by the name of Ismael Herrera- Castro. I left and went to a totally different location which is out of my way but if I have to drive a little further to receive the service I should be receiving I will do just that. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! I will also be calling the health department to find out if there were any health code violations committed by him digging his hands in my food and attempting to serve it to me because if this is how he handles the food in front of the customers there isn’t any telling what he does when no one is looking! ABSOLUTELY GROSS!
