Really had a great time and could not be happier with their $8/mo fun pass memberships as it really makes the difference from being an occasional outing that can turn out quite expensive to a fun night out whenever the kids ask to go to Chuckie's and when they beg to do some of the fun things they see other kids doing, we don't have to look at the price first and sometimes say no, because with the coupons we get with their app last night we were able to get free game play, a $5 pizza (yes, a whole pizza not a personal pizza), and 20% off of everything else making the fun zone less than $10 for the entire visit (jump room and parkour playground). So instead of just a once in a while thing, it allows us to go a couple times a month and really have a great time and the kids love it!

Went there for my granddaughters 5th birthday- just family- on a Friday evening. Always a fun time, except the WHOLE center area said Reserved! Uh, there was only ONE party at any table in that area. Everyone else was at an outter table There were no specific names on the Reserved signs either... if no one is reserving the table right then, take the signs down and let the other customers enjoy the area!!

The employees and management here are not only respectful, but kind and loving which are not terms I often use to describe employees/customer service often by any means. We keep bringing the kids back for the incredible staff. Thanks for all you guys do ❤️

Recently hosted a joint birthday party for my two little ones at Chuck E. Cheese Tyrone (their birthdays are just three days apart), and the entire experience was fantastic! Booking the party was super easy and very affordable. Monica called a couple of days beforehand to confirm all the details and answer any questions, which made everything feel stress-free and well organized.
The staff during the party was incredibly attentive and friendly. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the kids had an absolute blast. They got to play all the games they wanted, and they loved all the new prize options at the prize station.
A huge thank you to Monica for taking the stress out of planning and hosting, she is definitely a huge asset to Chuck E. Cheese. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Its not the most lively chuck e cheese, but it has very good service. The woman who ran the counter at the time was extremely kind and helpful for us. She made sure my son had enough time to really enjoy his birthday. Would definitely go again.
