The place used to be much better. They no longer have the animaltronics. Recently had a birthday party for 4 year old granddaughter there 'not impressed. It was a small party less than 20,kids included. The cost was outrageous and when video sang happy birthday name was wrong . Better places to have child party's

It was so much better 15 to 20 years ago now the cost and prices are outrageous even the coupons are hard to get online. There are No fair deals or options . Not affordable to have chuck e cheese host a kids party and the games not exciting & fun

I recently visited this establishment with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Many of the games were missing essential items, like balls and hockey pucks, which made it difficult to fully enjoy them. Additionally, there were a lot of unsupervised kids running around, and some even tried to take over the game my niece had just paid to play.
It created a chaotic and frustrating atmosphere that took away from what should have been a fun family outing. I hope the management can address these issues by maintaining the games better and ensuring children are properly supervised.
