Really had a great time and could not be happier with their $8/mo fun pass memberships as it really makes the difference from being an occasional outing that can turn out quite expensive to a fun night out whenever the kids ask to go to Chuckie's and when they beg to do some of the fun things they see other kids doing, we don't have to look at the price first and sometimes say no, because with the coupons we get with their app last night we were able to get free game...

Went there for my granddaughters 5th birthday- just family- on a Friday evening. Always a fun time, except the WHOLE center area said Reserved! Uh, there was only ONE party at any table in that area. Everyone else was at an outter table There were no specific names on the Reserved signs either... if no one is reserving the table right then, take the signs down and let the other customers enjoy the area!!

The employees and management here are not only respectful, but kind and loving which are not terms I often use to describe employees/customer service often by any means. We keep bringing the kids back for the incredible staff. Thanks for all you guys do ❤️
