Out of everything at 8:30 pm, they don’t close until 10. Only things they had were legs and thighs and mashed potatoes

I just have to say they deserve less than a 2 rating on google. The cashier didn’t know how to do his job. Presented a coupon then they call someone over and we can’t use it. Horrible customer service and even the register was nasty in this place. Do not go there. They need to be closed!!! I forgot no biscuits or Mac and cheese because their oven wasn’t working.

DISGUSTING RESTAURANT!!! The employees wear ski masks, smell unsanitary & they are always “OUT” of something… management won’t help you so just don’t spend and money with this dirty diner!!!!!!

If I could rate this place with negative stars I would.
First of when I walked in the staff was cussing up a storm. Very rude.
Secondly, when my app said food was ready it wasn't they said another 20 to 40 minutes and online orders come last. That they do people who pay in store first. I simple asked for a refund and they said can't do it. I called customer service they said they put a submission in nothing else they can do. Now the store said they are going to complete my order on there end and I will be charged as a no show. I will absolutely not come back to any churches chicken ever again. Worst customer service ever. Who wants to wait 40 minutes for food thats supposed to be fast.

I ordered two 3 piece tender dinner with fries. The staff gave me two drinks and he said ,"drop six tenders". As I waited, I told the cashier they only charged me for one dinner. They rang up another dinner and I waited 15 minutes and the lady with long red hairs said there was only enough fries for one and she would give me mash potatoes. I said, "no mash potatoes I will wait for fries ". The red head did not respond, turned and went to the back office. They gave me a bag with two boxes one partial fry and one mash. It tasted bad. I threw it away. I will never return. See pictures.

Chicken was greasy an burnt, how u di that?....no sides were available except mashed potatoes which were thin an had no taste

It would be nice, if they would ANSWER THEIR PHONE = so I may place a HUGE order, too make sure they can handle it.

Went during a lunch rush, they were out of coal slaw and a bit behind on the chicken but it was great and the staff was busy but helpful.
