Church's Texas Chicken

Let me tell you. We got two 20 pieces for two days straight. I might go back today. Miss Manager Lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) she's funny, chilled but professional. I love you guys chicken.

Worse fried chicken we ever had , jumped off the highway excited to have god fried chicken, $30 worth and holy crap , never had worse in my whole life . Zero season and the meat was super tough . Damm shame , got basically robbed of 30 bucks ... the biscuits were on point and the poppers . The chicken was why we went though .

11/16/2025 since the phone doesn’t work I’d figure I’d leave a review. Mariah E was very rude at the drive through speaker very disrespectful rushing us to order we didn’t get to finish ordering . After all that bark I drove up to the window to confront her shocker she wasn’t there newsflash you can’t be scary working in customer service. it’s people that will match energy and since you cant match it being on the southside maybe you need to quit lol . If you don’t want to be there then leave but you probably need the job .

Went in here on my lunch break to order food.
The older black lady looked back at me, but did not acknowledge me or speak to me. An older black gentleman walked in, and she spoke to him. Why did she not speak to me? Anyway, the young man that helped me was nice, however, the way they put my food in the bag-my entire container of mashed potatoes spilled out of the container while in the bag. All good, but based on this lady’s clear distaste for non-black people, I won’t be back and I would advise any non-black person to not give this establishment their money.

The staff was great they were very friendly Downside is the food was not good & we were charged for double the order of chicken.We didn't realize it until we had left because we had some add one & thought that's what drove the price up. Ended up with 50 pieces of chicken when we only ordered 25 & the one was definitely old chicken. We noticed they were analyzing our receipt. But none of them say anything , just said everything was ok when we asked. The mashed potatoes and gravy were not good either as well as the biscuits were not done , the slaw didn't measure up as well.We were there after 9m & they were due to close @ 11 so had plenty of time to have fresh chicken.

Haven't been to this location in years ,but the staff was very polite fast service and the food was served fresh and hot. Clean store great energy and very welcoming place 😊

Sierra took my order. She had a fantastic attitude and was very helpful telling about the app and menu. Got some free food with the app and it came out less than a minute after I paid for the order. The food was hot and fresh and delicious.

The transits that's outside make it hard to decide if you want to go in. Drive through was open but was told to come to the window to order. Order was right and the food was fresh. The lady taking the order was very nice.
