Great selection of pizza on the buffet and you can have them custom make anything you want as well. The Mac n cheese pizza is definitely my favorite followed by buffalo chicken and the mushroom pizza is surprisingly good, too. 5 stars for DUBBA C’S!!!

There is a manger here I forgot his name he is a white man late 30s so great nice. HOWEVER the little man at the door with the pony tale and glasses is very rude and disrespectful and an absolute terror. When I called to ask a question he was very cocky and rude not professional at all. When I came in with my family I said I would like plastic cups and silverware please as I was handling my almost 2 years old he goes um no. It's paper cup and plastic silverware and slammed it on the counter I said it don't make a difference. . and goes but it does.. I smiled and said ain't you just the sweetest and I walked away. He is not people friendly!!!

This resurant was filthy and packed, every empty table had dirty dishes. The food was non existent it was clear within 5minutes that they were actively running out of food. So much in fact that not even 5 minutes later this was the result. A line of 6 people where waiting on a pizza so they could eat. If you eat a single slice or take a sip you are ineligible for a refund even if you paid for a buffet and they run out of food. Because they don't refund food. Wouldnt recommend this location.

I was really disappointed with the service from James during my visit to CiCi’s. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and it was 7:45pm as my family headed to the back to sit he rushed to close the back area and I was confused and questioned him and he stated if I’d like to sit back there then I’d have to clean it myself. There was really no excuse for the poor attitude. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, James didn’t make the experience pleasant at all. I hope management addresses this so future guests are treated better.
The price CARRIES this place. For 6.99 you can get all you can eat (just show the coupon found on the website). The food is good for that price and the service is good. No rude workers or cooks so far. The only reason I can’t put the overall score higher is because the clientele can be rowdy and occasionally rude and wait times for the food to be refilled can take a long time even when it’s slow. Also the cleanliness of the place is a bit suspect. Either way it’s cheap, taste decent, and in this economy, that’s all you can really ask for.
