I have a soft spot in my heart for CiCi’s pizza and it’s nostalgic af. It’s no longer the $2.99 Buffett as it was 25 years ago, but that’s ok since it’s still cheaper than a Big Mac meal at McD’s. As with any Buffett, the food is always better when it’s busy, but they do a good job here keeping fresh pies in the line. Staff has always been friendly and make my special requests without the eye roll you get with so many restaurants. It’s generally pretty clean when I go. I like it here! Keep up the good work.

I wouldn't generally rate cicis too high, but did you know you could order 20 cinnamon rolls or brownies for 6.99? Also you can get individual slices of pizza for .75 cents. I am a frugal mom of 4. I can't afford to take them all out to eat so as a little treat it's cool to have the option.

I only go when they have the $4.99 special. They always make a vegetarian pizza just for me. And I do eat from the salad bar and the dessert bar.Vegetarian options: They always make a vegetarian pizza for me. As they do for anyone. There's also cheesy bread and flatbread spinach pizza. There's also a decent. And usually three different desserts on the dessert bar.
I walked in at 1120 and there wasn't a single pizza out. Brownles but no pizza. The people working were super friendly and immediately started cooking and shuttling stuff to the buffet. I suspect their manager doesn't let them make stuff to save money. What they made was good. Customers that visit this ci-cis were just normal folks. Some ci-cis can be kinda gross or odd. I had a peaceful tasty buffet which is what I needed. God is good.

I would love to come here and rate the food but I can't because after arriving around 745 and waiting in a line out the door for more than 30 minutes, I got the register only to be told there was no room for me and my family in the restaurant, and we could wait to see if a table opened up, but they were closing at 9 instead of 10 on a Friday night so we would've had hardly any time to even enjoy our food.Poor customer service, poor lobby management. They saw that huge line out the door and they could've sent someone out to advise that they were closing early and may not be able to seat everyone. Instead we waited half an hour for absolutely nothing.

The restaurant is a tad small, especially compared to the Clearwater location. Salad bar looked rather fresh, and there were no complaints about taste. The pizza selection was wide enough, and every option that I had was great. I do like the new hot chicken pizza that they are running. Workers looked kinda grundgy, but they were seemingly working just fine. I was surprised that I could not see an area to drop off plates and cutlery and that one of the workers was picking up the old plates from the tables. I would've left a cash tip on the table due to that extra clean-up service, but I didn't feel like it would've been safe to leave there unattended. Some of the brownies were moist. Some of the brownies were very dry. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the pizza crust with just icing on it. Visually, I could have inferred, but I had to confirm with taste. It wasn't bad. I just wouldn't have it again. Has that strip mall Chinese buffet feel but with pizza. If you've never been, then I do recommend trying it out. It's really cheap for the amount of food you can get, and even ordering personal pizzas to-go is much cheaper than other places and just as good if not better with the kinds of customization that they offer. Didn't do any of the arcade games, but it looked like a good selection for most. Definitely kid-friendly, but please actually accompany your kids at the buffet. Most of the tables were slightly wiped down but not clean. The table we sat at was a tad sticky in one particular spot. I just put a napkin over it and pretended it wasn't there. Didn't use the bathroom, so I can't voice anything there. The food was pretty good. Service was meh but good enough for what it was. It is pretty cheap. The atmosphere score dropped just because it could've been cleaner.

Drove 20 minutes excited to dine here.Before even walking in the door i could see how disgustingly dirty the place is, but i took a peek inside.Went next door to the Mexican restaurant and had a lovely meal in a clean environment with excellent service.Im sure many eat here, and do not die. ?

I enjoyed my visit very much. After being gone for almost 8 years from Florida it was nice to be able to go to a restaurant that my family enjoys. The service was wonderful and the sense of community with the other patrons was delightful. I'm glad that these locations are still available.
