Their Cuban is amazing! If you get the one with lettuce tomato on it, while not authentic, it's the way to go. And these sandwiches are huge! It's take out only and you order through the front door. I'll say that part is pretty obnoxious since they took the screen out of the door and you have to bend over to poke your head in to order. Never seen such a silly way of doing things! Did anyone think to take the top part of the door off so you can talk at eye level for your order? Also, don't let the super sketchy run down building scare you away. This place and the pizza place next door are both killer and no frills!

It's been 10 days and I literally can't stop thinking about how good my club sandwich was from Simply Delicious. We're not locals-we live several hours away and were in town for a medical appointment but ohmygosh I have got to get back to St Pete if for no other reason than to get this again. I'm far from a foodie but this may be the best sandwich I've ever had. Yes, there's a wait, no where really to sit and you're ordering through the bottom pane of a storm door but wow...all worth it. Epic sandwich...can't wait to have another.

Kevin wasn't impressed by the wait time on a Wednesday around 2. He got the Cuban to go. They said 15min and we got there way after 15min and still waited. The sandwich was worth the wait.

I tried to go to check out this place but, when I arrived at 11:45 the door was locked and when I tried to open it a woman screamed at me "we're not open yet!" even though the sign was lit open and it says they open at 11:30. I waited 20 minutes with other people and decided to leave. I tried calling but no answer. I can't tell you how the food is but, the place looks hideous.

Best Cuban sandwich ever! We got 2 large Cuban sandwiches and the small salad which was not small at all. It was loaded with meat, I got chicken and pork and both were very flavorful and well seasoned. The dressing was good too. The Cuban sandwiches were AMAZING. Loaded with meat and topped with lettuce, tomato, and onions. The only thing missing, I wish I would have asked for pickles. I think the regular Cuban comes with pickles and mustard but we ordered the "all the way" that comes with lettuce, tomato, and onion. We live in Atlanta, so we can't be "regulars"...but trust... we would be, if we lived here. We talked to several of the regulars in pibe and they said they've been coming here for years and even drive an hour and a half to get their fix. Will definitely return when I'm in the general area.

This is hands down the best Cuban sandwich in the Tampa Bay Area. I have tried MANY places, especially the ones that win awards or get a lot of votes... however, this is a hidden gem and it almost pains me to write this as they always are super busy, no matter the day of the week. Hours open are short as well. The cuban is actually not overpriced and huge. SO delicious. The sauce too they serve with it - perfection! I cannot wait for when the word gets out more than it already is because they definitely deserve it!!

Love the owners and have been going here for years but the wait time is HORRIBLE! 35 min for a salad is RIDICULOUS, I ended up canceling my order the last time I visited. Please have 2 workers on Saturday's , you know there's gonna be a line. This should have been 5 stars

This place is amazing. A true mom and pop hole in the wall that places as much love into their customer service as they do their food. BEST Cuban sandwich in the area and awesome subs too. The lady who takes orders calls everyone her angel. I wish all short order places were this fantastic. Please come here for a cuban if you are in St Pete. It's always good vibes.
