I was very pleased w/the place of which was very clean& the workers were very welcoming. Its very seldom wen u place in order & ask that they customize it as in asking to have them change the certain toppings for another. UsuallyI have to go back & have them correct my order. Not this place,they were very patient in waiting for us to decide what we wanted & made our order correct. Thanks to Austin,Edgar & Shara. They were very acurate & professional. I have to say that we my husband & I enjoyed our food. We also feel we found a good place of where we can go to eat out w/out any questions. Very & completely satisfied .

I just spoke with Christina. I called and one of my food remade however I live in Pinellas Park. I told her I will come tomorrow. My food was cold. I got a value meal for $15. This is unacceptable. It was disgusting. I will not be coming back to this location and I’m call Corporate she told me if I don’t come back today that she could mail me some coupons for some food. I asked her did I get my food through mail why would I have to get a refund through mail never again

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by the manager, Travis Rossignol. He was not only highly professional, but also genuinely compassionate. My order is almost always perfect, and on the rare occasion it wasn’t, Travis addressed the situation in a way I had never experienced before. His attention to detail and care truly stood out. Salute to Culver’s and their amazing service 👏

Stop here for a burger before heading to my 3rd shift job. Friendly staff ,order is always correct and fresh. Sometimes tables are a bit dirty or wet... Other than that great place with good lock up locations for bicycles . Spend over a hundred a month here.

Food excellent, service still learning. Joined their web site and received a coupon for bogo sandwich combo. Was told coupon was only good for burgers when it clearly stated any combo. Haven't been back but will give it another shot. Cheese curds!!!!!!!
Update! Returned recently, wow! Major change, nothing better than a well oiled machine. Casey could not possibly be more helpful! Food was excellant and again Casey, through some intuitive notion came by and asked if we needed anything. I did want cocktail sauce and was ready to follow him to the counter but he brought it right to our table. Will certainly return, the cod meal is wonderful! Third visit: I like when I walk into a place where staff is all smiles and look like they actually enjoy being there. That was the case on my visit yesterday. They certainly are doing something right.
