Update! Returned recently, wow! Major change, nothing better than a well oiled machine. Casey could not possibly be more helpful! Food was excellant and again Casey, through some intuitive notion came by and asked if we needed anything. I did want cocktail sauce and was ready to follow him to the counter but he brought it right to our table. Will certainly return, the cod meal is wonderful! Third visit: I like when I walk into a place where staff is all smiles and look like they actually enjoy being there. That was the case on my visit yesterday. They certainly are doing something right.

Food was dry & cold, fries tasted old, burger very dry basically no mushroom s or sauce period on the sandwich and chili i had to literally microwave when i got home because it was cold when i tasted it on the way

Never have I ever written a review for a fast food restaurant, but the team here is so good I had to. They’re kind, patient, on top of everything & don’t miss a beat! I had a very complicated order, took me a couple times to get it right on my end, and they got it all right the first go. And they’re so sweet, they have rhe best customer service.

I got DUCKED by Culvers!. I don't follow the trend of putting a bunch of ducks on the dash of my jeep but when the young lady on the drive thru ducks me with a cheeseburger duck then it will absolutely stay on my dash! I go to Culvers about twice a month for a burger and a pup cup (yep get the pup a pup cup) and this time I ended up with a cheeseburger duck! This little act made a rough day awesome.

Not even close to worth it! Prices have risen and value has not. $65 for 4 people. I would rather have sit down service for that price. Went as a special request from my kid’s friend. Won’t be back. Not worth it.
I have been eating frequently at this location for over 3 years. The food and service have always been quality, and most of the time service has been very fast. Maggie was very kind and helpful during my most recent visit and she exhibited exemplary levels of customer service. The dining room was very clean thanks to her.
