Way to go guys! Felt really welcomed the moment I stepped inside by Jacob, the Manager. Really cool guy - I hadn't been here before and he gave me a great rundown on the burgers and point of difference.
I got a combo with a triple burger (not on the menu per se, but ya just upgrade a double burger). Tasted great, fresh and love that buttery bun. The fries are crinkle cut too, so nice and crisp and really good.
An honorable mention to Robert and Mike too, great guys. Jacob even checked in on me when I was half way through my burger to see how I liked it. Yeap, like the Terminator, I'll be back.
Parking: Clean restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, a ramp.up to the door.

I was served the saltiest fries i think I have ever had. I could not eat even one because of so much salt. That's all I get like the fries with boom boom sauce but not anymore. The manager I spoke with was nice and offered replacement and a refund. However when I think about it. I just decided to not go back because I placed my order at 1041am there was no line in drive thru and minimal cars in their lot. Honestly this was purposely, there is no way its that slow and heavly salted fries go to a guest unknowingly so I won't let people play with my health like that as if fries arent bad enough, now i guest staff thinks its funny or someonemay not want to be there i dont know. I literally have a headache from trying a fry. No worries though I will stay away from your establishments from now on. That was out right in my face and I got the message. Thank you Mike for your help but you all don't need my patronage and I'm perfectly fine with that Wish you all happiness and cheer.

I should have written this review a while ago, but this location has been outstanding. While we have been having issues with many other fast food places, this one has stood above them all. The food has been consistently great and correct. The customer service has been just as good. And while we sometimes have to wait a little longer than McDonald's, which is expected because this is higher quality food, they are always faster than chik fil a. This is the best fast food burger place in the area, IMO. I like their chicken tenders better than chik fil a as well.

Had an order wrong but they fixed it fast. Very good burgers, even though I'm not a fan of smash patties. It has an old Dairy Queen feel. Very professional but homie.

They have great food, but they take directions very well. I had a take out order. I requested a cheeseburger with no onions, but everything else that goes with it. All I got was a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. No pickle, no lettuce, no tomato. I ordered a fish dinner. I requested extra lemons. I got one. The parking lot is chaotic. You cannot park in front unless you have a disabled sticker or you have ordered in advance, but there are no signs to advise this, so I wound up having to back up to get to the proper parking lot. Bear on mind this was my first time at this location. Also, I had to drive around the block to access the restaurant. But after this adventure, I did enjoy the food.
Extremely long wait (17+ minutes) for a cold burger, so cold actually the cheese didn't even soften. Also, lettuce is brown. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

Unfortunately since hurricanes Milton all the groceries stores are empty and not all the fast food restaurant are open . So me and my wife decided let go to Culver to eat and we both got sick from it and we love Culver.. im pretty sure the food thawed out since we lost power and they decided to sell it anyways .. shame on the owners and managers yall getting people sick
