Used outside pickup for first time. Order not warm. Had to go in store because no one noticed food order sitting on counter waiting for someone to deliver to vehicle.

This Culver’s provides excellent burgers for the price! Their service is great. We can tell they put good care in who they hire. Definitely my go to burger place.

My wife and dine at this Culver’s at least twice a week. We give the employee at the drive in window detailed clear instructions as to what we want. Without fail in 99% of the time either one or both double burgers are wrong. When we compare the tape attached to the bag, the problem is the order was correct. Whomever prepares the order isn’t reading what was keyed in. The burgers are delicious, but we are getting tired of the errors. Can someone from management do something about this situation?

It's a shame that I have to write this, but I experienced one of the worst experiences at your 4th street location this past Saturday 5/3. I order curbside through the Culvers app, at least once or twice a week. You do not offer loyalty points/discounts by ordering this way, the benefit is not having to wait in the long drive thru line. I ordered as normal on the app on Saturday. My pick-up time was 1:00 PM. I arrived early at 12:55 pm. I received confirmation that my order would be out shortly. My mom called me shortly after this, as she had to put her dog down last week and was very emotional. I felt like it had been some time, looked at my watch at 1:15 and still no order. 1:21 pm comes around, I have to end my call with my distraught mother to call the store and ask them about my order. A man answers the phone; he tells me he remembers the name but not the order and he was going to see what happened. He then says he's going to have my order right out to me. To my surprise and disbelief, the order that was brought out to me was my order that had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes.Cold/Hard fries.Dry/Cold burger.Ice melted in my diet coke. Very disapointed. Not ok.

Total fat guy food. Got a bacon double cheeseburger, curds, a concrete mixer shake, and a side of Lipitor. Eating like this might not be good for your heart, but it's darn good for your soul. I cannot wait to return.

I’ve been coming to this specific Culver’s for years and I just came through the drive thru and Tanya (Tonya) not sure how she spelled it— was excellent. She had such a charisma and positive aura about her and she made my experience more than pleasant. Employees being genuine is hard to come by in 2025. Just wanted her to know I noticed her charming attitude!
