Dead Bob’s is an entirely under rated establishment. I live in Manatee County, but my parents live only a few blocks away and in those times that I had to have a bracer before going to my parent’s house I would stop at Bob’s. In those visits I gave Bob’s menu a look and noticed that the offerings were pretty much simple fare, but when I looked at what was coming out of the kitchen I knew I had to give their food a try. Had a Cuban Burger, it was the so appetizing and delicious. The smoked pork was piled high. I had enough to add to my rice and black beans, which was an extra bonus. The rice and beans were just perfect for a side. YUM!
Always try something new their menu is awesome. I love the French Dip, and the fried pot roast sandwich 🥪. My two favorites. Mom loves the salmon dinner.
