Food was okay, definitely not worth the price. Also didn't like the attitude of the guy taking my order, just seemed like he didn't want to take my order. The little things

Meats were dry and tough. Location looks closed down. Ice machines were down and patrons had to self serve ice from a bucket. Would not recommend.

The brisket was good and worth going back for but the turkey was processed deli meat with smoke flavor. Truly terrible. I've lived in Texas for 25 years and have eaten at my share of Dickey's Barbecue including the original restaurant and I can tell you it was always real turkey. Very disappointing. The service was really good. I called after getting home with my take-out order and told them I wanted a refund and would return the next day with the offending meat product. She refunded me but honestly she is just an employee so who knows if anything will actually change.

Not bad. I believe might be under new management. But I'm not 100% sure.

Had a $5 coupon and they lady at the register couldn't figure out how to use it, and wouldn't call her manager. So I didn't get any food because of the lack of knowledge that the staff had.

Order was completely messed up 4-5 days ago. Been trying unsuccessfully to call for about 3 days. Finally someone answered yesterday about 7 pm. As I was explaining the situation whoever answered the phone told me they would call me back because they had to answer a order..Asked was this the number I can be reached at.Never returned my call. What business does that? It was very rude to me.. Next time I'm in the area I'll just walk in and see a manager.

If you like rib jerky this is definitely your place the ribs were dry and cold the ice machine is broken. No paper towels or toilet paper.the bathroom trash was overflowing. The barbeque beans were from a can and not barbecue at all. The only thing hot and fresh was the French fries. Then they comment to contact them via email and when you do they never respond. What a joke.

Saw that they had burnt ends being offered and since it's one of my favorites I decided to go have lunch there on Valentine's Day.... for a second I thought that the guy in the kitchen was joking with me when he handed me the plate.... what they offer as burnt ends is the literal ends of a burnt brisket that has been overcooked and is dry and chewy like beef jerky.... no sauce no caramelization nothing just sliced overcooked beef brisket burnt and they call that burnt ends.... and the rolls they offered tasted undercooked.... the jalapeno beans were great but the baked potato casserole was just a bowl of mashed potatoes with unmelted shredded cheese on top of it with some green onion.... I would suggest they either learn what burnt ends are or they stop offering it on their menu as a way to get rid of their meat that should have been discarded

Not sure what happened maybe changed owners or something but the brisket is no different than a salt lick for cattle. I ordered a pound of brisket to go and they gave me 1/3 fat and the rest had been sitting all day.
