Placed an order for a pizza, cheesy bread, and coke online. Tracker said complete after 30 minutes and I went to the store. Got there and the employee said they only made the cheesy bread and would have to make the pizza now. Waited for 45 more minutes for the pizza to finally be made. Then checked the pizza and THEY MADE THE WRONG PIZZA. Just ate the wrong pizza because we already waited for so long. Also they forgot the coke and we had to ask for it. Really bad, disorganized location.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered online from this location and the tracker has told us that our order is boxed and ready for pickup and when we arrived shortly thereafter (not wanting it to sit forever and get cold), it was still in the oven. I’m not sure if this is them trying to game the system for some sort of metrics or if their system is broken, but either way it is resulting in us coming to pick up before our order is done and resulting in an unnecessary wait. It’s not a few minutes difference - online tracking said it was ready 15 min ago and it’s still not.

UPDATE: I called this morning and the manager on duty suspects that the issue was with the Alfredo sauce being left out. They mentioned it should be refrigerated at all times. Just as I suspected, there is FOOD HANDLING ISSUES at this location. They also mentioned that there are employees who frequently tell people to place the order online even though they can do it from the register.This is my first time coming to this Domino's. The employees looked completely drained and in a bad mood. I went to order last night and the cashier was rude and told me I'm better off just ordering it online for pick up "so they can get it right"? I walked away laughing, went to my car and placed the order. Even though a part of me felt like I should go to another location even if it meant driving a little further. Bad customer service is a huge red flag when you eat out.Pizza was done relatively fast after ordering online. A second red flag. I ordered a Pepperoni pizza and a Chicken Alfredo pizza. As I drove home I noticed a weird smell coming from the boxes. It was almost like spoiled milk. I checked them again at home, but I ignored my better judgement and decided to eat when I got home because I was starving.About an hour later I was blowing up my restroom and ended up having to go back multiple times throughout the night to throw up. Pretty confident I got food poisoning. Huge shout out to this location.I don't see myself ever coming back to this location and hopefully people see this as a warning. Clearly there is some sort of food handling issue at this location.

Ordered pizza, tracked on the app, went outside apartment to wait for pizza driver never showed up. Called and was told they delivered I informed pizza not received. Spoke with Jeremy the manager on duty told I would not be compensated.***UpdateSpoke with store manager after receiving email. He apologized for the inconvenience, replaced my order and compensated me for the issue. So I am updating my review
Delivered pizza to wrong address and when called the store they refused to refund my card or give me the number for the corporate office ?. Will be contacting the better businesses bureau!

I haven't ordered Domino's in years and now I remember why. Order was correct however, we ordered the cheesy tater tots and they were $8 and you got that many it seemed. Plus the whole bottom was burnt. We also ordered a half cheese and chicken bacon pizza and honestly the pizza looked like it was 5 days old. We will never order from here again

This is the best Dominos I have ever ordered from. Not only are they friendly in the store and at your doorstep, the drivers will actually try to bring your pizza to your room if you live in an apartment. They're fast and the food is consistently good. Not much else you could ask for from your local Dominos chain.
