This place is a joke. I ordered my food, then had it delivery...mind you I was paying in cash. The driver started driving here based off the dominos tracker, then for some reason turned around and went back to store. No text, call, or knock on my door. I called to find out what the issue was and The lady on the phone I believe it was Tatiyanna told me it had just left the store. This was an hour in waiting. Then I receive a notification on tracker that my food was delivered when it was obviously not. Tried calling twice to figure out issue and no one answered. Never ordering again. Just horrible customer service all around. *Update just received a knock at my door at 5:04* told the driver to take it back. I don't know what happened but communication is key when dealing with any types of issues. Work on that for future orders*

I use to have good experiences with Dominos a few years back on the north side and downtown locations. Idk why it takes over an hour to deliver two pizza 7 mins away. Pizza was trash, almost inedible. Old veggies and virtually no sauce. Dough is dry and tasteless cardboard. One of the best pizza chains is now the worst idk if I want to try dominos ever again.

Worst store ever. Said my order was delivered on the app. After multiple calls, was told order was not delivered after all because they ran out of dough. My poor kid is starving after waiting almost 2 hours. Do ever order from them. Other stores are much better.

Place has ok pizza but the service is awful. Almost always very late with the delivery, and any time I have an issue, I have to go to the store because if you call they put you on hold and then never actually pick up. I’ve been to this place, and no one is ever on the phone. They literally just ignore phone calls.
Currently on hold with the store right now because no one picks up. Absolutely abysmal

I ordered online buffalo wings and the five cheese mac and cheese. When I opened the mac and cheese, it was burnt, and wasn’t even half full. I called this Domino’s, waited 10 before someone answered. I told her about the mac and cheese, she placed me on hold for 30 minutes, you would think they were preparing a new order. After the manager came to the phone, he asked about my order, said he couldn’t find it, he put me on another 10 minutes, came asked for my information again, which asked several more times. Finally found the order, told me the toppings were weighed out ,and he only works here.weigh out. Even after that he again asked for my name and address. I kid you not! He said they were busy and told me he could place another 5 cheese mac and cheese, which I have to pay for. I told him no, why would I order something that may be worst than before, and I shouldn’t have to pay for another one. Didn’t even offer to make it right. Very poor customer service. I WILL NEVER again order from Domino’s again!!

So lately when I order Domino's delivery not from here from the one off (365 8th st. S) I've been very disappointed last 3x food order always wrong an food is burnt and bad quality they never try 2fix the issues! I almost gave up on Dominos! I've been a faithful customer! so that Domino's suck! "But after the storm we did a order pickup from this one and WOW!!! Food was fresh cooked very good, hot, exactly what I order!! Thank you crew after the devastating storm we all experienced wasting money on nasty food&bad customer service just wasn't my mood that day because we all are feeling broken right now! YOU Domino's at "this location" made me a HAPPY Survivor!! Thank you Food was on point! Customer service was on point, at the same time you were getting swamped with orders!!!! You did that!!!!!! Kudos for putting out delicious food!!!!!! After a storm I appreciate U! Go Team!!!!!

My Pizza was running a bit late(an hour over estimated time). No worries ill call the store to speak to the manager CHASE like it says to on the dominos website. I ask why my driver Jonathan is 30 minutes away from me after leaving the store 20 minutes prior to the call and only being 10 minutes away from me. Chase the “manager”proceeds to say “maybe because the driver has four deliveries before you” I just said okay Chase and hung up because what a joke. I wasnt asking for a sassy, snarky, and rude response especially not from an establishment im giving my money to. I understand the driver had more deliveries to do thats fair. THEN WHY TELL ME ON THE APP A COMPLETELY FALSE ESTIMATE. I COULD HAVE GONE AND GOT ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR A PIZZA AND MADE ONE. Joke of a manager and joke of an attempt at “customer service”. I will never in my life spend another penny with Dominos all thanks to you guys hiring snobby little kids like Chase:)))
