Nice friendly staff and a very clean facility. Top-notch free weight area and plenty of cable machine too. Everything you'd expect from a first-rate health club.

The staff happily acknowledges me when I arrive, and almost always says, “Have a nice day,” when I leave. The bathrooms and gym always appear to be clean, and I always see someone cleaning the floor/equipment when I’m there. It would be nice if the stretching/abs area was a little more spacious, but all in all - I’m happy with the price and the daycare for my two boys. The daycare staff is very caring as well, and they always keep me informed about my kiddos.
