Real un professional. I wanted a banana split and was told they don't have bananas than I wanted a milkshake than they said they have no milk. Can someone please make up for this because this wasn't what I was expecting here at dk. No customer service just a big no on everything I wanted and I was going to spend 20$

Only real complaint is the last 2x I’ve come in my latte is literally ALL milk with a ton of caramel when I only ask for 2 pumps & MAYBE 1 shot of espresso, if that.

This location is ALWAYS out of something. Especially doughnuts. It's like they only make a certain amount of certain ones in the morning, then that's it. If they run out, they run out. Very disappointing and will never return. I ordered a half dozen variety, I received 3 STALE glazed and 3 SUPER STALE blueberry glazed. I guess these are the ones that sat out all day that nobody wanted. Krispy Kreme is right down the road and they acquired a new consistent customer. This place is a joke. I don't blame the staff, I blame inexperienced management and ownership that haven't the slightest clue how to train, and hold staff accountable.

I was disappointed with the service I received at this location today. My order was not prepared correctly. I ordered a Blueberry Mango Pineapple Lemonade Refresher, but after it was made, I was informed that the Mango Pineapple was unavailable and was given only the Blueberry Refresher mixed with water instead of the full drink I requested.
Additionally, I ordered two Chipotle Bacon Wake-Up Wraps with extra Chipotle sauce, but there was no Chipotle sauce on either wrap. Considering that Dunkin’ charges extra for lemonade-based drinks and for extra sauce on food items, it was frustrating not to receive what I paid for.
What made the experience more disappointing was that I was neither offered a refund nor given the opportunity to have my order corrected.

I love Dunkin' Donuts. but it really suck that I have the worst Dunkin ever in my neighborhood. Oh, you want a dozen bagels for you and your friends? Well be aware, you will end up with strawberry cream cheese when you asked for plain. Oh you want unsweetened tea? No you get sweet, then have to wait for someone to be available to change your order. It’s not the employees that is the problem, it’s the integrity of the whole corporation. The whole thing is turning into such garbage. It’s so disappointing. Oh and don’t you dare think that you will be getting any more than a thin smear of cream cheese on your bagel. Because if you ask for more, you will made to feel like the scum of the earth.

Asked for a Nitro cold brew, was charged for an espresso shot. When pointed out to the drive thru employee she said “that’s what a nitro cold brew is.” I wasn’t aware there was a new way to brew nitro cold brew. Unsure what a red eye is if this is a nitro.
Decided against arguing with her as I could tell she was already in a bad mood. Make sure to stop here if you enjoy being up charged.

I would recommended ordering on the app, just quicker & easier for everyone around. This dunkin is right before downtown st Pete so the line is usually moderate - service is an always the same (good) & coffee as well! They work hard to keep the line rolling.

Never AGAIN. I was going to Dunkin’s everyday.. Using the online order and things were good. Now on Mondays if you order ahead you get extra points so that’s what I do. Go to the store and they don’t have the chicken wrap I like. That’s okay. Now here it is three visits later and they still don’t have the wrap. I’m really disappointed because I have not been to Dunkin’s in a month because they didn’t have the wrap. Now I order online today. Yeeaahhhh !! Get to the store and guess what? THEY DONT HAVE THE WRAP !! Now I have to work with no breakfast. Not dependable at all, then my ice coffee has no sugar. They gave me graduated sugar for cold coffee. What’s really going on coffee experts?
Food quality is still good however, Dunkin?, what are you doing charging $6 plus for the so-called $5.. get back to the 5$ DEAL!

It took 13 mins to get food because the three workers were very disorganized. They were discussing who was supposed to do what after they realized I had been waiting on my food for so long. The one who was supposed to be doing food wasn’t aware that my order had been sitting there to be made for over 8 mins. The bathroom smells like a dead body was sitting in it. They were very polite but I won’t come back to this location.
