Never AGAIN. I was going to Dunkin’s everyday.. Using the online order and things were good. Now on Mondays if you order ahead you get extra points so that’s what I do. Go to the store and they don’t have the chicken wrap I like. That’s okay. Now here it is three visits later and they still don’t have the wrap. I’m really disappointed because I have not been to Dunkin’s in a month because they didn’t have the wrap. Now I order online today. Yeeaahhhh !! Get to the store and guess what? THEY DONT HAVE THE WRAP !! Now I have to work with no breakfast. Not dependable at all, then my ice coffee has no sugar. They gave me graduated sugar for cold coffee. What’s really going on coffee experts?

It took 13 mins to get food because the three workers were very disorganized. They were discussing who was supposed to do what after they realized I had been waiting on my food for so long. The one who was supposed to be doing food wasn’t aware that my order had been sitting there to be made for over 8 mins. The bathroom smells like a dead body was sitting in it. They were very polite but I won’t come back to this location.

BE VERY CAREFUL! This location has straws that are brittle plastic that can break off into small shards. If you don't believe me, go there and get a straw, squeeze it. It will break like glass. I would recommend choosing a different DD if you love your children and yourself.

I ordered a english muffin double toasted and the bread was barely warm, it's like they didn't use a toaster at all, cheese was burnt and somehow egg was still cold. disgusting.

This particular location is just horrible! Every time I go inside to order or order from the app, the experience is terrible! The manager is rude and has no idea what she's doing and doesn't offer any solutions when your order is messed up or the employees provide disgusting customer service.

Paid $6 for a slightly colored milk. Barely any matcha put in this drink and the little that was added wasn’t stirred. I can’t even drink it, absolutely a waste. I have ordered tons of these matcha drinks from other Dunkin’s, it has never been this awful. I will NEVER order from this one again. The reviews make sense!

I stopped here unexpectedly today around 4pm and the gentleman behind the counter was so kind and helpful. Amazing service, very friendly and great food. I will be back!!

The ceiling was partially collapsed and there was no indoor seating. There were outdoor tables available. The gal at the counter was less than friendly although she was prompt at getting the donuts and coffee together. The trash cans were full and overflowing. Parking is very tight. Not a great Dunkin'.
