Just left this Dunkin and I ordered a small Carmel Latte and they didn’t even put espresso in it.. it’s just flavored milk?

I stopped coming to this Dunkin due to very rude and unprofessional staff but I reluctantly returned and glad to say my last few visits were great! The staff were friendly, very responsive and have a great attitude, what a relief! I’m so happy to have a happy Dunkin near me again! Yasheera and Jaila took care of me at the window. They were so sweet and literally made my entire morning. This is pretty much the only Dunkin' I come to and I love it and those two girls I talked to this morning solidified it for me. The manager is awesome too and I've also informed him that this is my favorite store ◡̈

This place never puts any effort into making customers food half way decent, barely any cream cheese on the bagel , tots were also soggy. See photo.

People wonder why some of us choose Starbucks over Dunkin... #1 employee attitudes. Dunkin always act like you're bothering them and find them gossiping about people. If you ask for an espresso shot in your coffee half the time they don't add it. So try to watch if you can. Their coffee is weak so that extra shot is necessary for me. I will gladly pay extra for Starbucks any day. Sometimes Dunkin is just more convenient and don't have a choice. But they need to work on service and professionalism cause Im tired of their attitudes and being lazy about making your order correctly. If you hate your job so much find another one.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, failing to fulfill a simple order. When I brought the mistake to their attention, they refused to address it, stating that the employee who took my order had finished their shift. The atmosphere felt more like a high school hangout than a professional environment, which added to my frustration. I hope they can improve their service and customer relations in the future, but I will not be returning here.

Iced Coffee we got from here was very good, as was my iced Americano...
We usually love this location but whoever is working drive thru this morning needs some serious training. I’ve never been to a drive thru where I’m not even finished saying one item and the person cuts me off with “that’s all?” We were trying to order 5 things and this girl would not stop interrupting us with “that’s all?” Finally, frustrated in the passenger seat, I said why is she rushing us? And she stormed off and got someone else to take our order. The next girl goes “what are you waiting on?” We replied that we were still ordering. Eventually when we get to the window they don’t even say hello, barely look at us when we’re talking to them and are so quick to get us out of there they don’t even give us our hash browns. If you’re unhappy with your life get a new job, don’t take it out on customers.

The worse Dunkin in the country. Always rude, never gets the order right. Drive the extra 10 min to go to Starbucks. This is 4th order straight they leave out items then don’t answer the phone to explain there mistake. Pathetic!!!!!!
