This store needs customer service training. Hence the two star rating. Go back to the basics. Just rude. As if they were mad I walked into their store. Your $5 coffee is not worth your bad attitude. I'll just get my own expresso machine.

The manager is disrespectful to his employees, I heard him cussing at them multiple times while I was dining in. The store looks dirty, stains on the floor, bathrooms were disgusting. Will never return to this location until store is cleaned up

Sometimes the lines move a little slow but the team is doing their best and always make you smile when you get to the window. I can only imagine how great it will be once the staffing shortage is over.

Went to order a shake they said their ice cream wasn’t ready. Two days in a row. I asked when it would be ready the girl said “idk we haven’t taken the tops off the ice cream yet.” Not coming here again.

This place just doesn't get better. The beauty of DD is the consistency whether you're in FL or NY or anywhere in between you can rely on the consistency. This location is the unicorn (and not a pretty, magical one) they are slow, coffee usually tastes bad and they are always claiming they can't scan the app. WTF I have money on the app and want to use it and want to earn my rewards but your staff is completely unapologetic about it. When you inconvenience your customers you loose your customers. You are using the DD name and reputation but you are missing the mark. We have some wonderful locally owned, operated, non chain choices and encourage locals to support those businesses and leave this sad example of Corporate America to implode on its own bad reputation.

I oder 2 plain bagels withextra cream cheese, 4 hashbrowns, and sweet tea with strawberry popping bubbles. I got 2 toasted bagels with no cream cheese, 3 orders of hashbrowns 2 were burnt black 2 had a combined count of 6 pieces, and the only thing correct was the sweet tea. If i could leave an even worse rating i would. Charging me for products i didn't even get, what kind of ponzi scheme is this.

Well, this morning, 5/12/21 @9:00am, everybody wanted something from Dunkin' Donuts. They were being absolutely slammed, because the cars were backed up into the street almost. The best bet is that if you could get inside the parking lot, back into a spot. Service was a whole lot faster that way.

This store was very very very dirty and the people who worked there was careless and didn’t train me the right way just threw me in areas without explaining anything. One of the managers was talking to me any kinda way and was very unprofessional. They got people orders wrong and was very careless to the customers I WILL NOT recommend ANYBODY TO WORK NOR EAT HERE A DAY IN THEIR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!
