Horrible I ordered a mobile order. Everything was wrong, so I had to wait in the lobby for my order to be remade. I happen to stand off to the left of the lobby, and I realized that my food was being made with out gloves I quickly referred an asked the lady at the front counter why my food was being prepared without gloves, and I was told that their hands was washed at this point. I no longer wanted anything to do with my food so please be advised if you come to this Dunkin your food is being prepared without any gloves, being touched by several people and thrown into bags. This is absolutely. Incredible behind the scenes I have notified the health department today and for anybody reading this message, please Be aware that all food is being prepared without gloves this is disappointment of the employees and managers touching others food as if it the own. with her bare hands. This is just unacceptable.

I was in the drive-through at 6:50 AM and the so-called store manager Angela Evans was the most disrespectful person I have ever had an encounter with at Dunkin’ Donuts. to the point where I had to get out of my vehicle, go inside and have a verbal argument with her and she said to me “I don’t have a right to feel disrespected. She’s sorry that I felt that I was being disrespected“ even though she said in the drive-through to read my own order off the screen, she’s not gonna take my order, even though there were two people, including myself in the drive-through line, not only that once I went inside, she continue to be combative, leaning in over-the-counter and just being extremely argumentative instead of leading by an example I simply asked her for her name and she pointed to the door indicating that she was the store manager, which I responded if you’re store manager, then you should be leading by example someone like that should not be in a position to run a store because her customer service sucks! Her attitude alone makes me not want to visit this location. I am very disappointed at the way that she conducted herself, especially at the early times of the morning.

I like their apple fritters and even though they're a bit pricey I would treat myself to one every now and then but not so much after the last one I got was about half the size and not much filling. I made a comment about it being so small. That was just shameful to charge $2.50 for that one bite of donut. Maybe it's just this location but I will not be paying for that again.

This Dunkin is completely unprofessional and has messed up my order numerous times. I ordered their new wake up wrap with the hash browns ( I ASKED FOR NO MEAT)… the lady said it doesn’t come with meat I said okay perfect… I received my order and well it has bacon on it(I have dietary issues that doesn’t allow me to eat fatty meats)… when I returned I politely asked if I can have another one without meat, the lady proceeds to argue with me saying it comes like that, I told her than why would you first tell me that it doesn’t come with it…she continues to say that the meat comes with it I don’t know what u want me to do… long story short instead of assisting me she wanted to argue with me and dismiss the fact that she messed up. This was at 5:30am yesterday. Today I got a single strawberry donut and for some reason they put it in a plastic wrap… this literally made the icing come off the donut (this may just be DD issue instead of a customer service but this is just ridiculous)

Got a few coffees here on July 25th at 6:20pm through the drive through. First thing the lady said on the speaker was “Go ahead” very rude. After each order she said “That’s it?” very rude. Then when we paid at the window, she was talking on the phone on speaker, very rude. Didn’t say a word and held out her hand for my card. Wish I knew her name because she was a very rude and inconsiderate person. Will not be coming back to this location.

Before coming here for breakfast, I had read some concerning reviews and was hesitant to try it. However, it was the only nearby option, so I decided to give it a chance. I’m glad I did—the experience was completely different from what I expected. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and well-trained. Despite a busy drive-thru, my order arrived quickly and accurately.
I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management or a new team in place, but the current service and environment are excellent. The negative reviews don’t reflect the reality of this visit. Definitely a 5-star experience!
This is one of the worst dunking locations to go to, every time I go to this location no matter what time of the day it is you're stuck waiting a ridiculous amount of time just to get something simple as a iced coffee. I went there today and there was no cars in the drive-thru and nobody inside as far as customers and I sat at the drive-thru waiting to be acknowledged and never got acknowledged. Places like this need to be held accountable for their crappy service and either they need to clean shop and hire more worthy people or they just need to shut down because it's a waste of people's time.
