I've given this location several chances, and they never add the sweeteners I order. I don't know if they just forget or intentionally ignore special instructions because its 'too annoying', but if its too much to ask for 4 sweetener packets instead of 0, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The lady who’s making coffee this morning was completely horrible! I had them remake my drink two times for it to still come out wrong! I paid for a medium cold brew with cold foam 2 French vanilla, 3 caramel, 3 liquid sugars, with oat milk and my coffee is missing the liquid sugar and the oat milk! For me to say in detail how to make it and for it to be made completely twice is crazy! I used to work for Dunkin and to drink this coffee is a disgrace!

Sat in the drive through with only 3 cars for over 30 minutes.....then when I get to the window for my 1 drink and 1 sandwich they make me pull up and wait another 10 minutes. I mean how the hell does it take y'all this long at 8 a.m to make 1 drink and 1 sandwich...not to mention the lady who brought my drink out had an attitude with me after I asked what the hold up was for and told me to just leave and don't worry about it....never coming here again

Two weeks in a row I have ordered bagels with cream cheese and they literally have no cream cheese on them and my coffee was horrible. Called and the store manager was nasty and rude.

I'm sorry but the black coffee is overpriced garbage. Processed/microwaved food is the order of the day. The staff has always been pleasant. They can't help corporate suits suck!
I really didn't want to give a star I rode with my cousin had I was in my car I would've returned with food in hand no problem I didn't see the problem til after I was dropped off and was about to start eating my food I always open my sandwich from any fast food restaurant it's a habit This habit paid off yesterday cause it looked like someone drop the food on the floor and placed back in the bag The bag had to have fallen as well cause it was spot on the bag looked dirty towards the bottom of it I personally will not be going back to the 700 34th St location in St Pete FL It's so convenient for alot of fast food chains to not give customer service and your food with decency Something that your paying for along with your meal that keep growing higher in price What we need to do is stop spending our money at these places and watch the service improve

Came to grab some donuts for my kids before school and the service was awful. Apparently one of the managers has her son working there. Their excuse for their attitudes and poor customer service is that they’re from New York. Can someone from corporate, please reach out to me? This is unacceptable people trying to spend their hard earned money at an establishment and are being treated poorly.

Today was the SECOND day in a row I went to this dunkin for donuts and bagel bites, both times I was asked to pull up & wait for my food (no big deal) but BOTH times the bagel bites still had frozen cream cheese in the middle. By time I got to my destination to eat them & realize the issue I called the store to get the order fixed about 6-7 times & not 1 time was I able to reach somone.
