I was having problems all day trying to get my Free Coffee Monday (with purchase) payment to go thru on the app. There appeared to be something wrong with the app today. I walked into this local Dunkin’ Donuts and after employee “Tatiana” tried to help me with the app she honored the Monday special for me anyway. To find good customer service in this day and age is almost immpossible, but kudos to “Tatiana“ for caring about her customers. I will definitely be returning to this store!!

The employees are friendly and attentive and the managers care about every customer, they know my name and my order and they make it right every time. The other stores you can order anything but you'll be lucky if they even get close to it! Moe, Mike, Jerrica, Meme and the rest of the team here are truly extraordinary ? ? ?
