I’m disappointed they discontinued, pumpkin muffins :-(. I’ve never gone to eat. It’s always drive-through or delivery. I’ve never had issues with the quality of their food.

Sometimes people at the window are happy sometimes they aren’t but it’s a rough job. I don’t blame them.

I'm sorry how is it allowed that you run a store and never cook any food ? Staff refuses to make items on menu and says drinks and donuts only but you pull up and they're playing in there having a good time . Doesn't add up. Just tear this place down, these people don't want jobs apparently.

I ordered an iced coffee, assuming that they would just add creamer at least. The drink came out and I looked at the label she didn't even put creamer so I was like that's fine I went to the fridge and it said that there was milk I opened it and I didn't see any then I asked another employee he said they don't sell milk anymore

staff was so rude when trying to use a reward, and told us 2 different prices, and then STILL managed to make the drink wrong after confirming and charging for almond milk

The staff at this Dunkin are very serious about making sure their customers are happy. The manager is always here and always has a smile on her face. It's always clean and never out of stock. They make my morning everyday. Thank you guys for always being excellent ?♥️

They screwed up my order, and I have been trying to get a refund for over a month. At first, the "manager" was not sure if I was requesting it from the correct location. They tried explaining what other businesses were near them. I responded back by saying I don't know what other businesses are in the area, but I have the address from the receipt. They still responded that they wanted to make sure I had the correct location. I'm not sure how you could not onow the address of your business, but it seems very sketchy. It is now the 19th, and I have not heard anything back from the business, and I lest sent them a message on the 6th. It seems I may be screwed out of my money, but maybe this review can help you save yours. I suggest you avoid this dunkin' if you value your money and especially your time.

My friend got into an accident and this one lady came right up to me and started saying that this is my second accident and that i shouldnt be driving, well she shouldnt be working there and shes lucky i didnt decide to call corperate on her for mouthing off and being petty and weird, after i helped out the man that ran into my buddy (the guy that was riding the scooter was illegally on the sidewalk by the way, ironic there) and this all happened because some goofball at dunkin hating on me because i have a fast car or something and we were just tryna pick up our orders, 1/5 shitty dunkin??

This place is literally terrible. We all know that Dunkin either hits or completely misses, but this location is a mess almost every single time. It's not even the food or the coffee that is not good. It is the service. This location is right where I live so obviously I keep going there however I'm constantly having to hand back the coffee to remind them that they forgot to put something in it. And then they're completely rude about it. Making faces, making comments, etc. One lady even copped an attitude with my 11 year old son when he reminded her to put cold foam on the top. She started saying to him that the ticket doesn't say it and then whenever you read it the ticket clearly said it. They used to have really sweet workers in there who even knew me by name or remembered me and it seems all the nice ones keep disappearing but the mean ladies are the ones sticking around. They probably Drive the good workers out of there.

Person who took my order was very short, they told me to pull forward and wait, but didn’t tell me where to wait. About 10 minutes lady a very confused person comes out of the store and asked if I was the waiting waiting on coffee because they “didn’t know”. I ordered two coffees, one was fine, the other was completely incorrect. I was overcharged and very disappointed. Do better

Melissa was absolutely outstanding with her service and had a very positive, enthusiastic attitude, very professional, and outstanding service and that is the service that is needed! Her customer service blew it out the water, and I have never ever received that amazing type of service in any food establishment nor any Dunkin ever! We need more people like her at this location. Way to go!

Why do a lot of Dunkin Donuts say they close at a certain time and always lock their doors 1 hour sometimes 2 hours before they close, and have to serve the customers out of the drive thru window, Look at this mess these are kids being treated like this. I told the associate that this is wrong and her response was “I Know”. I normally go to Dunkin Donuts 3 or 4 times a week due to me working overnight. I’m really considering taking my business somewhere else. I think this should be addressed immediately because this is unacceptable.

The employees at this store where horrible. I came inside on 4/29/24, at 2:12 pm, check 1920. Malika 779752. There was a young man outside cleaning the parking got. He was nice and opened the door for me. Then he went in the side door.He seemed to be the only person in the store. The drive thru was backed up and I was waiting. He said he'd be right with me and then went to the window. I was patiently waiting when the woman came out of the back. She was rude immediately. I felt like I was inconviencing her by coming in. I said something about how nice it was outside, trying to be friendly. She shot me a dirty look and said. "yeah just another day in paradise!" And walked away without taking my order!I finally put my order in after waiting 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes more of waiting I noticed that the drive thru was being taken care of but not my order. Other people came inside and left with their orders. So I asked the woman. She just walked away. The young man apologized and asked what I had ordered. He took care of it. But I waited a long time.I know it's hard to find help, but I won't go back in because of Malika's bad attitude.
