12/22, the blonde woman at the drive thru window refused to give us a receipt after we told her our coffee order was wrong. She also told us we lied about getting two of the same type latte, then just landed us the next one that was on the prep counter.. not labeled and not even close to the original order. One coffee was half full when she handed it to us, and one doesn't even look close. Very rude overall.

I ordered a coffee and it wasint made right so I kindly asked them to remake it and they gave me another one with no coffee in it just sweet tea and cream and sugar so I had to have them make it again and they had an attitude the whole time. So pathetic instead of just remaking it correct the first time you try and be petty bunch of weirdos forreal

Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before ever being greeted. Then asked to wait an additional 5 minutes just for them to take our order.
Took them over 25 minutes to serve 2 cars. Our food was half cold & still frozen.
The staff was not enthusiastic or welcoming at all. Never said good morning, thank you for coming, nothing at all.
If you’re in a rush I would not recommend coming to this location.

This place is awful. Workers don’t care, half the time they don’t even have donuts, half the time they get your coffee order wrong (and when they doesn’t taste right) and the costumer service is terrible.

worst customer service ever. Just went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon sandwich and a glazed donut and when i got my food they did not give me my donut and i let them know then they made a huge commotion about whether or not i asked for the donut. I heard one lady yelling in the back saying “ Did she ask for the donut?” then another one said “ I didn’t hear her ask for it” The young girl cashing me out had an attitude they are all Weird as hell and super unprofessional. All the staff working there the morning of July 29th were very rude and need to be trained better. They all seem pretty miserable with their lives. I will be back to talk to a manager about this behavior
