used to be one of my favorite spots, youd figure being in a higher income spot it would be better but they have consistently messed up my order to the point i go out of my way, for commute to work, to go to a completely different dunkin, sadly how everyone has headsets and cant fix something simple like 2extra on sugar or cream, thought it was a mistake the first few times now its noticeable they just dont care :/

Service was not great. The young man who waited on us had his hair in his face and had least six piercings around his nose and mouth. Luckily I wasn't getting donuts because I didn't want his hair in my food. Barista had to make our order twice because he mixed it up. There was an air of apathy. As a lover of Dunkin, we were very disappointed.

We came as a family to get some breakfast only to be ignored at the counter for over 10 mins. Everyone in the drive thru was handled prior to the people standing right in front of them. Terrible service. Finally someone came over to help as we decided to leave. Won’t be back.
It was so good to see Noah again. The crew finished my order super fast. This location itself is bright, clean, and safe.

Management should reconsider the girl that worked at the window, Sunday, July 13th, 2025, at 10am. Pony tail and glasses. Messed up my order completely as well as others, I noticed. Had to U turn to go back. She gave me corrected order saying it was a muffin. I asked if it was English muffin. She replied “You can read it right on the bag!” Walked away. Uhhhhmmmmm…..Yeah, I won’t come back any Sunday morning. She’s indifferent, rude and hosed up many orders. I saw people U turning back along with me. If you make mistakes, own it. Don’t be rude to the customer.

Every Saturday morning, we stop by to get coffee before our beach walk. The last 3 Saturdays, my warm coffee cup had a leak, it’s very annoying and makes a mess. And to get an additional cup they will charge me, even though I have explained that their cups leak all the time. So, I will be buying coffee elsewhere!

I went inside this time instead of drive through stood at counter over 5mins before being helped I ordered coffee munchkins and plain toast bagel with cream cheese I waited another ten minutes for bagel the drive thru and inside had cleared out the girl made 20-30 breakfast sandwich for people not even there I could wait no longer left with out my breakfast I guess people that choose to visit in person are not important and staff just rudely watches you stand there a toasted bagel takes all 5seconds to make I could of went out for sit down breakfast if I wanted to stand somewhere for twenty mins and still never received my breakfast why have a inside if you only care about drive thru and take out
