I have been wondering when I would finally find the best burger in town. El Cap wins by a long shot. The best way to describe this hometown burger joint is to imagine walking into the set of "That 70's show." The outside is an adorable private closed in patio and the inside is like an old school pizza hut without the corporate involvement.
