1. no one comes to even give us menus for at least 8-10 minutes as we watch the bartender just stand around looking at us. 2. food comes out frozen inside 3. takes 10-15 minutes to get anyone’s attention to say our food was frozen, practically held our hand raised and not acknowledged. at least we got it comped off, but the least that could have been done. came one time before and was not happy, came again to give it another chance, won’t ever be coming back.Never once have i posted a review but i would rather go to a mcdonald’s for service compared to here.

I found this great place on Google. I wanted a really good burger, and it was #1 on the list. So, my husband and I went. The place was fantastic. My husband and I liked that the tables had individual TVs, our waiter, Alicia, was very courteous, Friendly, and Pretty. She brought water to us soon as we sat down, I mean without us asking for it. We ordered the recommended burger, it was sooo good. I will definitely be returning to try the other burgers on the menu, and other items as well. I give my experience a 10.

Unexpected... Thin Lizzy is delicious... That's all, that's it. Lol The burgers and corn dog were enjoyed by the meat eaters. The voodoo sauce although I dislike the name was really good.
Also shout out to Chance... Friendly, knowledgeable wait staff!
Been twice (once in September, once in October) and I think monthly is good. I'd like to try the burger combos with the beyond patty, sounds like a good plan to me 😁

Came here on Sunday. Pretty disappointinting experience overall.
The bartender couldn't find any of the football games. We were told to seat ourselves then no one came to check on us. Finally someone came by and said they would be back with waters and never came.

My man rarely eats meat but he had to fast this day due to a test he had to get done and got so hungry he said “find us a good burger joint” and let’s just say google reviews did not disappoint! I was led RIGHT😍

I eagerly anticipated trying out engine number 9, as it had received rave reviews from several YouTube influencers. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service began poorly, setting the tone for a disappointing meal.
I ordered a simple bacon burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion. To my dismay, it arrived well-done, far from the medium-rare I had requested. I considered asking the bartender to exchange the burger, but she seemed preoccupied and uninterested in our needs. Instead of checking on us or ensuring that everything was in order, she spent most of her time chatting with the regulars at the bar.
When I finally tried to flag her for the check, she asked if I wanted another beer. Not once did she inquire about the status of my order or whether everything was satisfactory.
