This was my first visit to First Watch. It was recommended as a good brunch spot on Google. The atmosphere was very nice. Even though the parking lot was crowded, we were seated immediately. Our waitress was Molly and she was very friendly, informative, and gave helpful suggestions. I had a skillet with a side of cheese grits. I enjoyed it. The skillet was more salty than I preferred so I didn't eat all of it. My friend enjoyed his meal.

We called for a table for 10 people at 10:30 for 11 am. We got there and waited for 53 min. When we asked when we would be seated we were told that they were trying to put tables together for us while they were seating people all around the place.They told us they were waiting for a large party to leave so we can be seated at their table (a long high top as that's the only table that can fit us since they can't put tables together) yet they seat 2 people at the end of that high top.The staff completely mishandled the situation and was rude.

The meals are delicious the only problem is that it's very noisy and how can that be enjoyable in our surrounding of annoying loudspoken customers that don't realize that enjoy the meal it's not very relaxing so what advice if you go there to First Watch keep the conversation Low Key we all don't need to hear it.

Used to love first watch especially for the great food and fresh juices. Went last Sunday after church and it was super underwhelming. I got the traditional breakfast, grits instead of toast. The grits were sooooo dry like they had been sitting there for hours on end. I tried to put some water in them but it didn’t help so I didn’t eat them. Ordered smoked ham, received sausage instead which no big deal. Asked the food runner for the correct item said it would be out shortly, 10 mins or so the server asked how everything was and I asked about the ham, she had no idea about it. After this, all of us were done so she just put it in a box. My fresh juice was great as always, just the food and communication was off. Probably won’t be back, hope it gets better.

Tried to place a to go order. When I showed up two associates blew me off after finding out I was there to pick up an order for myself, then went back to gossiping with three other associates. When I asked about my food they pointed at a empty wall with no response. 10mins later I gave up and left Please hire responsible people or shut down.

We had to wait forever to get service after being sat. I actually had to flag someone down to ask if we had a server. The iced coffee tasted horrible- the concentrate they use to sweeten it tastes very bad. I had to flag someone down to take that back and bring me a regular coffee. Food took forever to come out and then came out cold. One of the poached eggs on my husband’s plate came out like a hard boiled egg. We will never go back. Overall horrible experience.
