I don’t often do reviews but this experience requires one. Do not waste your money here. I paid $26 for a cheeseburger, fries, drink and a milkshake.
The lady at the register was nice and was the only one who spoke English. When I said, “Wow almost $11 for a cheeseburger?” She said, “but it’s better than McDonald’s.” Not to hard to prove right? Well she was very wrong.
The burger patties are a lot smaller, smashed thin with no seasoning. The size of a double here is the size of a value menu $2 double cheeseburger from McDonalds.
The fries were undercooked and soggy.
The milkshake tasted like it was half ice and half frozen skim milk. No flavor at all.
It’s been awhile since I’ve been here but I do not remember the food and price being this bad.

IDK why, but it was a disaster tonight and multiple people had to wait 45 minutes even after going up front to see what was the matter.
They desperately need something to slow down online orders because they couldn't handle it. The staff was overworked the whole time so I don't blame them.

Food was horrible didn’t taste like a burger at all lettuce was fresh that’s about it . Food has no seasoning this is a dying American franchise. The atmosphere is off don’t waste your time and money here . Spent 30 bucks for two bacon cheeseburgers that were the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life my gf also took a bite and was disgusted didn’t even wanna waste my time for a refund you shouldn’t spend 25 plus dollars on below average food

I ordered my food off uber eats. And the employees gave it to a random uber driver and the food never showed up to my house. So I drive to the store myself which i wanted it delivered. And they refused to give me my food or remake my food. just wasted money and time

My burger was supposed to include lettuce, tomato, mayo, and grilled onions. There was no mayo and they put regular raw onions. The patty itself was so thin and SO flavorless (it’s never been this terrible before). My milkshake was supposed to be strawberry and there was not a single strawberry or hint of pink or strawberry flavor in there. Five Guys is the absolute go-to place for me nation wide!!! Their burgers just got differently and are consistent in every city. The bacon milk shake was disappointing but I had to try it just because.....

I drove 15 minutes from my hotel in Treasure Island to this restaurant to order two little fries and two burgers to go for my Mom and I on 11/15/25 at 7:22 PM. I stood while I waited for my order because I noticed that every table in the dining area was filthy. I noticed that homeless people were coming in and getting fountain soda in non five guy cups for free. There were 6 employees working. They were very unfriendly. They stood in a circle socializing most of the time that i was waiting for my order. I got back to the hotel. My Mom's burger was suppose to have lettuce, pickles and tomatoes on it. It was completely plain! She ate it anyway because I was not going to drive 15 mins back to the restaurant. The food was very high quality and the portions were generous. I submitted the online survey from my receipt. I received a no reply email from them that they are sending my concerns to the appropriate team. Case 5M99HZ.
I was really looking forward to this meal big $20 for a burger, medium fries and a large soda. Never again the burger was mediocre in the bun just melted in the fries were absolutely nothing special. Portillo‘s is a better bet for much less.
