TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been coming here on and off for the past year as it right around the corner. I always order Sprinkle donuts for my kids in my dozen order and they always put 1 or 2 cereal donuts that my kids never end up eating and I end up throwing away. Today I kindly asked for 4 sprinkle donuts for my kids and asked kindly if they would not put cereal donuts in the mix. I get home and they put all cereal donuts in the box. Frays Donuts is literally the best place to get your coffee. I go pretty much every day. I highly recommend!
