Service was excellent. Clean restaurant. Everyone was friendly. Good wine selection. Food left a lot to be desired. The menu is lovely. Lots of options. But the eggplant rollatini tasted burnt. Like the inside of a burnt oven. Calamari was cold and chewy. Garlic sauce that came with the calamari was excellent, though. Veal was a bit dry, but flavor was decent.

Consistently good location for Italian food. Pricey but worth every penny. It was really crowded last night but they were able to handle the crowds. Service was perfect! Food yummy. We were a party of 4 and we all commented that it was great.

The service was absolutely terrible. Our server seemed like she was on something. We had a large party and a more capable server should've been assigned to our table. Food was pretty good, but it took her about an hour to take our food order. I used to be a server and generally give a lot of grace to wait staff but this was truly terrible.

Unfortunately, Gratzzi fell short in food quality this visit. The veal chop premium entree was inconsistently cut and then inconsistently cooked. Requested medium rare, which was good right at the bone, but not anywhere else which was medium well (not even pink). Management immediately acknowledged and took care of the issue, but not being able to enjoy the meal was disappointing.

Bucatini overcooked Ravioli special- pumpkin: friend had ordered this, but didn't realized it was loaded with seafood. Seafood and pumpkin flavor did not pair well, but she did say the ravioli was made well and would have been a great dish without the seafood. She then ordered 1 meatball and sauce- said she should have chose that as her meal instead. Salad and soup were great.

I've been eating at Gratzzi's for 6 years, and this was my "go to" restaurant for special occasions. This is the 1st time I felt disappointed. The noise level (6:30) was very loud- we could not hear the people at our own table. Pricing have risen- dinner for 2 is no longer affordable. The garlic was on the heavy side for all our dishes.

I was very disappointed in our experience tonight. We had a reservation and I asked for a booth when I arrived. I was told booths are for 4 but in the future when I make the reservation request a booth. I understood. However, for the 2 hours we were there the booth across from us remained unoccupied. My veal parmesan was dry, looked old, and was bland. My friend enjoyed the veal marsala and the eggplant rollatine was good. The service was okay but sporadic. We appeared to be their only table on that side of the restaurant and the majority were on the other side of the divide.

Celebrated a birthday here with a large group. First time visit. Service was warm and attentive - really appreciated how patient all of the staff were with us - especially given how busy the restaurant was. Great place - will definitely return!

Excellent, from start to finish. Greeted and seared by the owner, cared for by Emily, and entertained by Luis. Food was delish. We shared the Caesar salad, I had the gnocchi and hubs had spaghetti & meatballs. Fantastic Amarone paired with it. Overall, a great experience. Can't wait to return!
