My daughter wanted to go there today to celebrate getting her braces off. We got there & a family of 4 were inside not wearing masks. Their kids were running around touching everything. It made us feel unsafe so we did not stay.

Nice place that offers rolled ice cream, frozen yoghurt, and some other yummy treats. Friendly and outgoing staff who took the time to answer our questions. We had a great conversation with the two workers there. The space was clean and the ice cream was delicious. Will definitely be back next time we’re in St. Petersburg!

This is a must-go ice cream place in St. Pete!! The ice cream was amazing and the customer service was even better. Not many places truly care to see their customers leave happy but the owner at Ice Berg made sure that everyone enjoyed their ice cream and time in the shop. Amazing experience!!

Took a friend out for lunch and randomly stopped by for dessert. I have never had rolled Ice Cream and loved the experience. Chip was super helpful and made me exactly what I wanted despite my many decision changes. Definitely where I’ll go for ice cream locally.

We randomly made a trip out to St. Petersburg and pulled in to try rolled ice cream. We honestly thought it was normal ice cream, but were pleasantly surprised to experience rolled ice cream for the first time. My husband and I ordered shakes, and our daughters enjoyed the rolled ice cream.Customer service was pleasant as we were new with several questions, and only one employee was working. The parlor was empty which was nice because we were in there confused before ordering for a minute, but thankful that we didn't have to rush either.Because we ede literally out for a drive, our experience was pretty nice to top it off with a new ice cream treat that we didn't know existed.

What a treat to pick out a flavor combination and watch the talented staff make the ice cream rolls. Add some extra toppings and it's a true delight. Sooo yummy !!!

Good ice cream, I love the cotton candy flavor, but the customer service really is not great here. One time my sister and I showed up 15 minutes before close and they would not make us any rolled ice cream because they already shut the machine off. What is the point of Patronizing a rolled ice cream store if you can’t even get rolled ice cream before the store even closes? I could understand if we showed up two minutes before closing but that was not the situation. This place would not be my first recommendation but it’s not bad.

We were excited to try this place out but unfortunately that didn't happen. Business hours posted on the door and online state they're open until 9pm on sundays. We walked in at 7:55 and were told they were closed with no explanation why. Open flashing sign was on. I believe people had just walked out with ice cream as well. We walked by again about 15 minutes later after going to get ice cream somewhere else and the employees were just standing around and the sign was still on. Not sure why we were told they were closed.
