We were downtown and walked passed this small shop that looked cute feom outside. We walked in and there was no one behind the counter for like 5 minutes. Then some rude employee came out and barely looked our way. Ice cream tasted like burned over frozen snow. Toppings were all over the place. We paid $22 for 3 small ice creams if you can even call that ice cream.

Had high hopes but was disappointed by this place. They have such great reviews so was not expecting to walk in to see only two flavors of frozen yogurt (chocolate and vanilla). The toppings were not covered and looked like they have been left out awhile. The Oreo cookie topping tasted like it was a knock off brand, didn't taste like an Oreo at all. It's the same price as yogurtology if not more and I'd rather go there because they have more flavors/options.

Truly disappointing. Rude service, no frozen yogurt small choice of regular ice cream and waffle cones that are flavorless and chewy. And to top it off very expensive for what you get. Save your time and money get some ice cream or frozen yogurt from the grocery store it will be cheaper and better.

Probably the worst froyo I've ever had. The yogurt was melting as I poured it into my cup, and only 3/5 flavors were available anyway. The options were extremely limited, and the toppings bar was equally as disappointing. There were no options for fruit, granola, chocolate chips, and the hot fudge was completely burnt. The peanut butter container was so clogged you couldn't even use it. Was really looking forward to getting froyo, and I honestly would rather spend 30 min going out of my way to stop at Menchie's on my way home from the beach, than return to this store.

Did the ownership change in the past year? We used to love this place and go quite frequently. The last few times we've been have been a dissapointment and last night was the last time for us. The lady behind the counter either doesn't understand what we're saying or just doesn't care. I've been in numerous times to get a milk shake and specifically tell her that I want it thick. She will mix it until it's the consistency of regular milk. Even when I ask her to please stop mixing it, she just continues. Last night there were 3 flavors of yogurt and all of them were barely frozen and looked more like ice water. 3 yogurts and one scoop of ice cream were over $26! All of the yogurts were only half filled and not heavy toppings. We wont be back! We miss the original owner who was super friendly, and had a quality shop!

The owner is a lovely lady. Very patient. She let us try more than 5 flavors before we decided the flavors we wanted to get. I got the Cookies and Cream milkshake which was huuuge and delicious! My wife got the mint chocolate and cappuccino scoops and they were both great! I really liked the fresh mint taste in the ice cream! Too bad I am just visiting St Petersburg or I would be coming here very often :)
