Absolutely disappointing experience.
I came in excited to eat here today, but left frustrated and insulted.
There were three girls working, and only one of them — Grace — had any sense of customer service. She was polite, respectful, and the only reason I didn’t walk out immediately. The other two? Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They tossed my food to me like I was some stray off the street, wearing looks of disgust like I was bothering them by simply placing an order.
To make things worse, they refused to open a new can of pickles — over something so simple, they chose laziness and attitude. Their demeanor made the entire environment uncomfortable and frankly embarrassing. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can't imagine how they handle anything else behind the counter.
I was there on Thursday, August 14 at 12:45 PM, and I can honestly say I won’t be returning. This kind of atmosphere is not only unacceptable — it’s disrespectful. Get it together.

I ordered from uber eats, and this is best sub I've ever had from any Jersey Mike's the bread is so soft, the meats and veggies were so fresh, toppings were the exact amount.. Thank you......... I will be return.

I ordered cold giant sub tonight I have never seen lunch meat and cheese so thin. Hardly any meat on the sandwich for 16 dollars… very disappointed.
I don’t think I will be going back I will stick to my pub subs!

This was the worst example of a cheese steak sandwich. I had difficulty finding steak. There was plenty of mushrooms, peppers and onions. Not much cheese.. stay far away if you want a cheese steak sandwich.

Overcharged for a very basic sub. Won't be back.

I wrote a review 2 months ago. I praised Tyrone for being better than other Jersey Mikes, but sadly I have found the consistency has dropped.

I realized the real star is Grace. I am never disappointed when she makes my sandwiches. I have now experienced some not so good sandwiches, some good, but Grace is another level. She makes the sandwich mine. She is clean, efficient, friendly, and takes pride in what she delivers.

The number 64 has been the most inconsistent sandwich I get. My sandwich had barely any mushrooms i ordered both cheese but hardly any cheese. And I asked for mayo and I got the whole jar.

The first 64 I experienced was from Grace, so that is what I expected and that is not what I got.

I know things fluctuate but I have been a regular weekly ever since my last review. Plus it took a view visits before I wrote my last review. I just want to be honest. I was so excited and now I just want Grace to make my sandwichs. Tyrone is a bit of a drive but I was making it because it was the better store.

Std JMike's, always fresh food, collect those app points. Good location, good people, good seating, nice sunny windows.

Beware, windows are tinted. Right at sunset, windows are dark, place looks closed. It's open! Go on in!

The food and service was good however we were told that we could not order meat seperate for our pup, which we have always done, at every Jersey Mikes we have visited all over the country. ( we just pay a seperate fee) Not sure why this location is different, but we were disappointed and so was our dog. They were willing to add extra meat to the sandwich, for a fee, which we gave to our dog. Hopefully, this will change in the future. Thank You!

Super nice people

Terry at this location was a breathe of fresh air. In todays world people are rushed and quite frankly rude in most service industries..
Terry was busy today at lunch time with plenty of walk ins and pick up services..
He remained calm, very polite, apologetic and friendly. I’m in the restaurant business so I understand the stress of guest staring at you waiting…
Had a smile on his face at all times..
The other employees were very helpful and they seem like a good team..
Just my 2 cents worth..
