The store was very clean, customer service was great and the staff including Nechelle, keiffer, and Sara welcome us in the store they greeted us at the door. They even entertained us with music and they came to us to make sure we were okay and satisfied.. I will be back again

I give all thumbs up to this store they was very clean it was neat customer service was great. I have a lot of energy and they was quick on making the orders and they did our sandwiches exactly how we asked. We was greeted at the door I was s Service by Nechelle ,Kiefer, Sara Music was on point as I was sitting in the lobby. I enjoyed every minute of it, and I will be back again soon.

I have heard so many places call themselves "Jersey" or"New York" style and have been highly disappointed. Not Jersey Mike's! Some of the best subs I've had in Florida! Even mentioned them to my daughter who is gluten free! They have gluten free bread! Love them and will always recommend!

Leadership needs to properly staff this location. Especially for lunch time. It will take you 45 mins plus to get an online order. The staff is trying but the leadership is terrible. Plenty of other options in this area nearby.

I'm very happy with the changes made here within the past year especially in regards to staffing. I stopped coming for quite a while because of the poor service approx 8 months ago but recently gave y'all another chance. And I'm glad I did. Saquilla runs a good ship keeping the energy light and bright. She is a shining star. I'm usually in now once or twice a week because of the good, friendly service. Keep up the great work! It is highly noticeable. Thank you!

Most inconsistent skimpy sandwich shop in the tampa bay area..... what is consistent: pathetic meat portions, messed up orders, rude employees. it's a wonder that this place has working electricity, i've never seen such a miserable failure of management in my entire life. it's a sad day when a $4 grocery store cuban has double the meat and protein of a $12 sub

My first & last visit to Jersey Mike's. While my sandwich, The original Italian was good, it was not very filling. I ordered a regular size for $10.45 & when asked what I wanted for condiments I thought I was being pranked. I normally have my subs made with Spinach, green pepper, cucumber & pickles. Instead I had to settle for shredded lettuce, tomato and pickles due to the limited selection.The regular size sandwich was half the size of Publix and nearly 1/3 more expensive.
