My first & last visit to Jersey Mike's. While my sandwich, The original Italian was good, it was not very filling. I ordered a regular size for $10.45 & when asked what I wanted for condiments I thought I was being pranked. I normally have my subs made with Spinach, green pepper, cucumber & pickles. Instead I had to settle for shredded lettuce, tomato and pickles due to the limited selection.The regular size sandwich was half the size of Publix and nearly 1/3 more expensive.

I see why the star rate is so low.I spoke to Chris about my sandwich and as a district manager myself, I would’ve handled things more professional. He doesn’t know anything about quality service and he’s just in it for a paycheck. I was a customer explaining that the cheese had an odd taste to it. Either stale or the gloves that was worn by the employee didn’t change them or they contaminated them. I explained that to him. I’ve been eating jersey mikes subs for five years and I’ve had better sandwiches made by other employees from jersey mikes. The atmosphere and workers were friendly. But I definitely sensed a couple of them that hate working there and I see why. I can guarantee someone’s looking for a better job where the manager has decency of knowing that things happen. Chris could never work for me and I hope those employees find what they’re looking for in a more efficient, human, honest manager with Common Sense and professional customer service. Also people are getting brutally hurt or killed about food. I hope he watches the news and use social media. This world is crazy and this is why when customers complain I fix it immediately. My life is more important than a job.

I have been here a few times, fantastic service! The girls working the counter are very polite and courteous! I have no idea what the other negative reviews are about but my friends and I and great experiences here! Great food for Jersey mikes, hands down better than Jimmy John’s!

Terrible location... Order from a different Jersey Mike's. We just walked out along with the 3 people in front of us. The staff they have working is lost, wandering around, and hiding in the back. They openly laughed at the people in front of us who were complaining that it had been 20 mins of waiting and still nobody took their order.We walked out because if they are that disrespectful and sloppy with customers we can only imagine how filthy and unsanitary it is behind the counter.

Really good subs with some options! They have dijon mustard and asiago buns! That makes a big difference to me. Everything was very fresh an U love grabbing a quick lunch mad just for me an then I can keep on trucking!

Update *** I emailed the person who replied and have not heard back.. seems like a scamOrdered a sandwich with no ham as a special instruction. Ended up with ham on it when I called they said there would be only 3 pieces of turkey on it. I said okay that’s what I wanted not only did they make me bring the sandwich back for them to remake it they would not give a refund because they assumed I wanted more then 3 pieces of turkey. They could’ve have called to confirm

Do yourself a favor and don't eat here..and if you are working, don't waste your lunch break time.My co-worker and I ordered 2 subs from this location today from the app.Neither were made correctly, both were completely drenched in oil, so much so that when the sandwich wrapper was opened, the oil poured out all over me. Not so funny when we ordered both WITHOUT oil. So maybe this was an employee's passive aggressive attempt at "being cute".(If your goal was to alienate as many customers as possible today to close down early, or "show the owners" how you feel about working the day after Labor Day, you clearly won.)Honestly if someone on your staff is this illiterate, where they can't read a simple order with 6 ingredients, one being the bread itself, then they shouldn't be making subs for a living, and they are genuinely failing at life. I'd seek help for them.I threw the subs in the trash and ordered lunch elsewhere.P.S.-I tried calling your store. The phone number listed here on google doesn't work , or even ring. Maybe someone turned it off so they don't have to deal with talking to angry customers...I sure it must ring all day long.
