Took them 5 minutes to make my vito. I only go jimmy johns because they are fast and can usually prepare a sub in under 30 sec. Not this location. They won’t get repeat customers and will fail.

Always great food. But during my latest delivery, I didn't get any of the drinks. Not the end of the world but while calling to ask for a refund, I was hung up on after being placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then the gentleman got grumpy at me for calling again... Disappointing experience from one bad apple employee. If you ever need delivery, go somewhere else

So iw ent here after pondering the wise old oak for a couple hours and followed the red river to find the jimmy johns. I was very famished and hunfry and jimmy john touched innapriately. I liked it tho. But he never returned my calls after. Yes food was ok but jimmy john is a player.

Food is fine and they used to be pretty fast. Been ordering on the app now and it’s not ready when I go 20 minutes later. Here now and it’s been 40 minutes since ordering while I stand here and watch them make other online orders

I put an order in through Jimmy John's; however, they used Uber to deliver it. The driver never delivered my meal but changed the status to delivered.
I eat jimmy johns closer to my job not this store. But I’m giving this review based in your driver. The person was driving a black jeep and driving like a complete a-hole. Cut me off with no blinker to get over and then proceeded to do the same further down the road just before pulling into this store location. Get your drivers under control!

Food quality is always up to par, prices as well, unfortunately their delivery service sucks. "Freakishly fast" , "more like "Hassle and headache". I've decided to get delivery from this particular Jimmy John's because it is only three blocks away from my house, and both times now my order of only one sandwich has taken over an hour to get to me. And then the delivery driver looks crazy when you don't tip? Get it together man y'all a franchise not a mom and pop store.
