The last 4 or 5 times that I went to this location were the worst. They never acknowledged you and were slow. However, this time, it was a really pleasant experience. Whomever they have at the front was just plain ol nice and genuine. It was so lovely to have a nice human to human interaction especially when it's the only human interaction some of us get in a day. So, thank you to that Sandwich Connoisseur :) also, the food was a bit faster but, not yet back to being freaky fast. Either way, it feels like they are on the right track.

This store is getting worse by the day I've ordered multiple times in the past few months and every time I order they mess up my food and I mean Everytime. This store needs be retrained because it's very clear they don't know what they are doing and just making what they wanna make and sending it out

This place used to be great but has gone downhill and can’t seem to recover. Today was our 4th order in a row with issues. Shame on us for giving that many chances. Sandwiches were bland and the meat didn’t taste fresh. There was a blob of Tuna on top of one sandwich, glad I’m not allergic. Took 45 minutes for a pick up order well before the lunch rush. They left both bags of chips out of the bag and I had to drive back and get them. I already took the survey so I don’t need your canned “leave feedback here” reply. JJs is off our list for good.

They delivered an empty sandwich. The guy was so incredibly rude I have no idea how he has a job. Zero apologies. Actually he blamed me. Remade the sandwich with so much hate and contempt who wants all that nasty attitude in their food? Absolutely disgusting behavior. Deleting the app and that’s the last of our business. Shame on this place

Last time I ordered delivery online it took 1.5 hrs before I gave up and went and got my food order from the store.I tried calling on the phone several times and nobody was answering the phone either...What's going on with this place? It used to be my go to place for quick deliveries.This is disappointing.

I am a delivery delivery of food for DoorDash. I was sitting in the park a lot. As I witnessed an employee from Jimmy Jones. Her honher, my name is Jessica. This lady has the biggest heart that gave a homeless man. A whole meal. Mind you, I'm a holy man. Reborn again. And I felt like the energy when I spoke to her to thank her was for what she did. That is beautiful. God is good. This is this kind of place here. It's more like a good positive place that tastes care. Even the people on the street God bless this story. I give it ten stars

We Placed a nice size order for ten meals, over the phone. Even named the actual sandwiches the Bootlegger sandwich #14 and we were sent a #13 a cubana sandwich. We did not order. I am guessing, We ought to be lucky we weren't shorted a sandwich. But when you name the sandwich and the number how can they still get it wrong. 3/2/24. St Pete.

Only person in line. Freaky slow. It took five minutes to make my sandwich? Bread was underbaked. Corporate should burn all contracts with this franchisee. It’s clear the staff here doesn’t take pride in their work.

This place needs help. I'm assuming it's a staffing issue, but this is my 3rd poor experience in a row. The first two times, my deliveries took an hour and 45 mins and an hour and a half, respectively... and I was missing a bag of chips, too. They didn't offer anything in return, not even a refund of the delivery fee. I tried calling the store to inquire about the missing chips, but no answer. So, this last time I decided to pick up in-store, considering my last two deliveries took so long. And after 30 mins there was still no notification on the app that my order was ready for pick-up. I went into the store and my order wasn't even on the pick-up shelf (after over 30 mins). I went and asked someone about it, and I see my order just randomly sitting on the counter not even bagged yet. If I hadn't said anything, who knows how long it would have sat there. Then, when I get my order home, both subs looked like a 3-year-old assembled them (see pic). And to the person who responds to these reviews asking people to provide feedback on the website, please don't bother. I did that for my last delivery that took 1.5 hours, and no one reached out to me. Clearly this store has no desire to follow up with concerns.

Understaffed this evening. A customer's order was incorrect and rather than apologize and correct it, the staff chose to be belligerent about it. The order was remade properly, but the staff member still chose to argue with the customer The customer handled the situation politely. What was most bothersome was the employee continued to complain, out loud, to her associate where other guests could hear her.
