Tried this location for the first time called in for Delivery & even though I was out of zone to deliver they still did & was quick & food was delicious. I literally had my food within 15 Minutes from start to finish. I’d recommend anyone who wants a great Sub & friendly staff.

Wow has this place gone down hill! Their sandwiches used to be okay, not great but acceptable enough. Yesterday I went for the first time in a long while (too many other better places out there), and I ended up returning the sandwich for a refund. It was terrible, just awful. Extremely small, skimpy fillings and not worth 10.00 at all! One thin layer of turkey, like one piece of meat kind of shredded up, a tiny smear of "avocado", one thin piece of cheese, thin slices of cucumber, and four of the worst slices of small tomatoes I've ever had. They were small tomatoes, hard unripe white & pink in color. A few shreds of lettuce that tasted of preservatives. I will never go there again. The employee admitted they have "cut" the portion of meat. She actually was nice and helpful about giving me a refund. I had gotten the order to go, got home (nearby) and discovered this mediocre overpriced "sandwich". I saw and tasted how bad it was, jumped back in the car to return it immediately. You know it sucked if I went back out to complain and return it, still hungry after all that. Went to Firehouse Subs instead where it's still expensive, but at least they know how to make a sandwich properly. They need to step up their game, otherwise they'll be going out of business with too many other better places available.

Sandwiches were skimpy, hardly any meat was on the sandwich; wasn't worth the money. Been going there for years, won't be going back

These people are a bunch of crooks. I was charged $3.58 to add cheese to my sub and was not warned in advance. The sub doesn’t even come with cheese and I wouldn’t have added it if the worker didn’t ask me if I wanted cheese on it. They knew what they were doing. Pure scum

First visit to this Jimmy-Johns. Ordered the new Cajun wrap for my wife and I to share. Was asked if I wanted the "giant". Well, we were pretty hungry and were sharing so I said "sure". Associate offered to wrap separately and I said that would be great...thanks. Sat down and waited for this big ol' $18 Cajun Chicken wrap to share with my wife. It came out as a sandwich, not a wrap. I stepped to the counter to report I didn't get what I ordered and was immediately verbally trounced upon by two people making sandwiches claiming I ordered a "Giant" which is JJ code for bread I guess. I never used the word "giant" and only agreed when the person taking the order asked if I wanted the "Giant". In my mind he was asking if I wanted a large wrap. So, they were all mad at me because I did not know the Jimmy-John lingo or code words. No problem to me though... I can take being belittled by a couple of stressed out fast food workers.... Jimmy-Johns just got the first and last $20 I'll ever spend there. Thanks to the two angry souls making the sandwiches at this St Pete location.

Over priced food. Food isn't even that good for the price. Delivery service takes forever. Whatever happened to "Freaky Fast". I'll be sticking with Subway, Publix, and Jersey Mikes.
