First visit to this Jimmy-Johns. Ordered the new Cajun wrap for my wife and I to share. Was asked if I wanted the "giant". Well, we were pretty hungry and were sharing so I said "sure". Associate offered to wrap separately and I said that would be great...thanks. Sat down and waited for this big ol' $18 Cajun Chicken wrap to share with my wife. It came out as a sandwich, not a wrap. I stepped to the counter to report I didn't get what I ordered and was immediately verbally trounced upon by two people making sandwiches claiming I ordered a "Giant" which is JJ code for bread I guess. I never used the word "giant" and only agreed when the person taking the order asked if I wanted the "Giant". In my mind he was asking if I wanted a large wrap. So, they were all mad at me because I did not know the Jimmy-John lingo or code words. No problem to me though... I can take being belittled by a couple of stressed out fast food workers.... Jimmy-Johns just got the first and last $20 I'll ever spend there. Thanks to the two angry souls making the sandwiches at this St Pete location.

So this is the second time I've had a terrible encounter w the cashier. This girl, is awful,she is so rude and acts like you are an inconvenience to her when you walk in. First it is my option to give my number and she should be asking everyone because it's her job. Instead when you ask her if you can enter your number she rolls her eyes and then hope you don't see it.All I have to say is this girl needs to be removed from the position. She is a complete waist of customer service.She has huge fake eye lashes and black hair. She's fat and extremely unfriendly.I guess this is jimmy johns new standard.

Never ate a sandwich from here before and it was really good! Bread and toppings were fresh and delicious. Lots of variety to choose from on the menu. Chip selection is great as a side. Friendly people working here too. Very clean place. Will definitely go back for a visit.

I am very unhappy w/ the way me & my mother were treated this past Sunday which was Father’s Day. My mother & I went into Jimmy John’s and there was 2 Young guys working that night. The Young White man w/ glasses was nice & the Young Black Man was not Nice At All. When I asked the Young Black Man that night if me & my Mom could sit down to eat, He hesitated then said OK but we close in 40 min. So while we were eating he comes out & says we are closing in 15 minutes then he sits down at the table in front of us on the other side of the door. He is sitting & waiting very impatiently for us to get up and walk out the door. He kept sitting down w/ his arms folding & kept on looking at us w/ angry look on his face. Then my mom said he is nervous b/c how he kept looking at us that she did not want to finish at little bit of her sandwich is had left. So , when I am pressing my body up against the door to open it he reached over me & opened the door for us to throw us out of there. He throw us out basically & scared My Mother who has On-Set Dementia. The Young Black Man is very Arrogant & Unprofessional the way he treats people. He also should not be working at your establishment if that’s how he treats people.

I ordered my lunch over an hour ago for delivery. It's still not here yet.... I called 40 min ago and they guy was "on the way". I rarely order for delivery but today I needed too. This is the last time I will order from there- multiple ppl in my office have stopped ordering from there bc sometimes they just never show
