This location really needs to update their hours. Online states you close at 9pm on Fridays, I’m trying to place an order at 8 and the store is already closed. This has happened multiple times to me at this location. The employees at this store just seem to create their own hours.

This has to be my 3rd review I’ve ever done in my 36 years on this planet here we go. Who ever they have running that store is not someone I would want to be running my business. I walked in after a long night at the hospital it took about 5 mins to even have anyone out to greet me or acknowledge I was there…the one larger gentleman came out he was very courteous and nice I had my (little service dog in tow) the. The other man whoever he is with the bright blue eyes voice kinda sounds like a cartoon character comes out and was so incredibly rude even after me waiting so long no apologies nothing. I was turned down for service the larger guy was very nice the whole time but the other guy I’m telling you needs to be fired. So unprofessional and just rude. It’s a sandwich shop buddy not curing cancer here. - not a Jimmy John’s customer anymore

We eat at this location often, as it is near our home. We’ve found this location is often “out of bread” after placing an online order and arriving at the location to collect it.
While the food quality and atmosphere are what you would expect from most Jimmy John’s locations, the inconsistency in actually having food on arrival is very frustrating.

Thought i would try a different sub shop, so i ordered 2 subs to go, asked for pickles on both. Did not get any on either sub. Asked for no tomato on one, but got tomato anyway. Restaurant was not busy, so no excuse there. Both buns were very hard on the bottom and were very difficult to eat. I asked for peppers on my sub, only to find i was $2 for the peppers. I ended up paying $24 for 2 sandwiches. Never again!! Sorry, but i will continue to be a Subway customer

This is literally at least the 4th time that we have ordered food from this location only to be told when we get there that they are OUT OF BREAD! 1 time we waited 2 hours for them to go get some even. It is beyond absurd to me that a sandwich shop doesn’t have any bread.
It doesn’t seem to matter whether it is 11 am, 2 pm, or 6:45 pm.. NO BREAD! If it was once I could understand but this is ridiculous. Last time they even lied about trying to call us after ordering online to tell us. Smh I’ve never seen anything like this. Beyond unacceptable.

I ordered a Turkey Tom from Jimmy John's with no lettuce or tomato, expecting a hearty sandwich. Instead, I received something quite sad. The sandwich barely had any meat – for $8, I expected much more. To make it worse, cheese wasn’t included, so we paid an additional $1.35 for two slices, bringing the total to $9.28 for this pathetic sandwich without chips or a drink. This looks and feels like a $3 sandwich at best. Very disappointing and not the value I'd expect from Jimmy John's

Called more then 3 times no one answered. Terrible service would’ve liked someone to call me about the order they refunded.
It was my first time to eat Jimmy John's food. I had a small turkey and a small tuna salad. Both were delicious and the bread was so good.i will definitely be back. Oh also tried the pumpkin white chocolate cookie and the oatmeal raisin. Both very good. There were three of us nibbling on this food and we all enjoyed it.
Vegetarian options: Their menu explains it all very well.
Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed quite a few handicap parking spaces right outside the front door

Walked in I ordered my subs and I asked just for a large cup of ice for a elderly gentleman that I transport and told me I had to pay full price for a large drink so I told him never mind walked out no subs no nothing went down to Wawa’s. Got free ice and a wonderful sub.

Flippin terrible. This place posts hours open to nine but on two / three occasions I get off work and get here at 8:30 to grab a sub on my way home and they don’t have any bread. Actually It appears they have started clean up so they can close their doors at nine. Certainly not customer driven. Terrible. Started hitting Subway between this location and my house. Terrible !!!
