this review has nothing to do with the restaurant but more of the manager Josh himself. i applied for the delivery driver job and they gave it to me but as i have also been applying to many different jobs/interviews before, 2 hours later i got a better job offer and i thought i would be nice enough to let him know once i had time to let him know i accepted a different job so I wouldnt be wasting anymore of his time. but he was rude enough to act all salty about it and hangup on me with not another word. i guess the universe was doing me a favor by not taking this delivery driver job. as for location doesn’t really need any delivery drivers(because i was only gonna get 25hr a week) i was surprised from the manager rudeness, won’t even go there for to get a sandwich now.

So can’t comment on the food, but on Friday 5/13 at 4:40pm the female associate wouldn’t sell me 3 large subs bc she needed to keep the bread she had for the rest of the night. She had 17 sub rolls so terrible customer service from a rude employee. I asked for the manager number and she refused to give it to me.

I haven’t been to this place in a long time the first time I went to this place when they opened up on fourth Street downtown Saint Pete. I have it been since, but I wanted to give it a try and then when I did gave it a try, I regret coming there because of the fact it’s always something every time I come there. Arriving at 8:15 pm to purchase 2 sandwiches would seem like a simple, pleasant and cordial business. Given that there was 45 minutes left til the business closes , me and my fiance would not expect to be met with resentment and utter disdain. The pure disrespect upon the cashiers face was enough to cause anxiety and feelings of being inconvenient. The entire experience, which lasted no longer than a few measly minutes was all that it took for one to decide not to return.Lights were off before we even entered our vehicle parked in front. Clearly a statement by the staff.
