I visited the store today at about 4:00pm. I was greeted by a "be back in 5 minutes" sign on the counter. That was interesting! When the barista came back, she said that the espresso machine wasn't working. We had to wait another 5 minutes for it to be fixed. Then, when I tried to go to the bathroom, both doors were locked with a sign stating to ask the barista for the key. So I proceeded to the counter to ask for the key, and was told that someone had locked the keys inside the stalls, so no bathrooms were available. (No one was inside either bathroom, and no solutions were offered.) Not cool, this place has gone downhill over the past few years.

I asked for an iced coffee with chocolate. But my coffee did not have any chocolate in it. I ordered a Turkey and cheese croissant sandwich.The sandwich only had one folded over slice of turkey in it.

I ordered coffee online. I won't be ordering again. I ordered Bali blue moon and it is good tasting coffee low acid but over roasted a bit. I compared next to the dark roast beans and definitely darker. I have to say the shipping was fast and website were very easy to navigate.

I frequent different locations but came to this one today for breakfast. I ordered at the register 2 egg, Turkey, and cheese croissants to go. They forgot to make my order, it seemed like they were busy unpacking and stocking stuff, so I went back up to let them know. Couple minutes later they gave me my bag of food and when I got down the road the croissants were missing the eggs. Ended up being a waste of $10 and time today unfortunately

Very disappointed in Kahwa Coffee online order. I got a discount on my ground coffee but no points or dollar amount was to bring my total down so I could get to the next level of rewards. They said on-line orders do not count toward the reward points. They said that was in the fine print in another section, however the advertisement did say that. I find that misleading. After spending $40.00 not sure I would ever trust this company again. Beware !!!

I just had the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life at a retail establishment. I met a business asocciate at Kahwa in south St pete. Its a brand new store. We met in theparking lot and were parked with windows down, as it is a gorgeous day, and we were having a discussion. After about 5 minutes a young man, wearing a brown jacket, approached our cars and asked if we were going to get coffee or what? Taken back I simply replied, yes we came for coffee and would get it in a minute. We finished our meeting, perhaps another 10 mins. Then we pulled out to go to the drive through. As I backed up, I noticed the man inside the store, with his phone out, taking pictures or video of my truck. WTF? Anyway, we both went to the drive thru window and no one came to take the order. My associate beeped the horn once, politley, and still no one came to the window. Are the managers at Kahwa playing detective? Is he paranoid we were scheming something in the tiny parking lot? Should he even be coming out to my car and asking what I am doing? I was happy to support this new business in my neighborhood but am not so sure I will ever go back.

I had an amazing breakfast with my partner at Kahwa. The guy who attended us was so nice, and we felt happy we chose this place to start our day. The almond croissant is one of the best croissant that I have tried. I recommend 100%.
