Great place inside this building, one of my favorite buildings.
The staff are very nice and I really like the atmosphere. It devastates me how you guys were damaged in the hurricane, but i hope to stop by again soon. Good luck with the renovations

The Passionfruit Juice is super fresh and tasty. The Happy Hippie Acai Bowl is phenomenal… literally reminded me (one of the many reasons) why I traveled the cosmos to experience this planet. ?

Karma Juice Bar & Eatery Downtown is my favorite place to go for a juice and egg sandwich or savory toast. I've brought multiple people and everyone loves it. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere is amazing.

Update!! So after leaving this review I reached out and attempted to resolve the issue because I have still not received the money from Uber and we also did not get any food . I spoke to the manager and told them I would be more than happy to remove the we just wanna make this right . She told me she could not do anything on her end and would not give us a credit for food or any kind of reimbursement. I’m a small business owner so I understand how reviews can hurt but this is just horrible Customer Service!! I would like to start by saying I’ve have been a customer of karma for years. But lately Customer Service has gone down the drain. Today I made an Uber order for a gluten-free wrap, To which they accepted the order. When my Uber driver arrived to pick up the order they called me and told me they were out of gluten-free wraps. I asked if I could change it to a salad they said the only way they could do that if I canceled the order because it was two dollars more. I have since learned that they actually can cancel it on there and even if it’s accepted but it looks bad to Uber if the restaurant cancels an accepted order so instead of telling me that they just lied and told me to cancel so they wouldn’t get a bad star. Not only did I cancel but I also did not get my refund because on Uber and it made it look like it was a late cancellation. The supervisor offered no sort of support and said I would have to take it up with Uber. Karma used to care about customer service but apparently saving $2 has become more important than that.

We had the roasted veg quinoa salad, it was great! My smoothie had pineapple, coconut, mango, other juices, forget what it was called. My hubby had a green drink. Both were yummy.
