First of all how in the heck are y'all still open is this a corporate store or franchise one? Every time it never fails they close early doors locked before 9:20 pm no sign close or nothing just customers in drive thru an parking area looking confused just like me then their friends walk over they won't serve cars but tell their 2 friends to come walk to drive thru SMH so sad. Customer service not to bad depending who u get if u can get anyone to take order. I've never had no one be super nasty here that's good, but the food isn't good bad quality, store dirty. It's sad that in our hood our stores are presented like we as a whole don't care! Or it's Just a job we don't care how people feel after accepting their hard earn money for a just existing business. In side not clean I can go on an on. I swear 34th st north is way better too bad I'm down the street from this one and I've remembered this store since I was a real young lady back in the days. What happened!!!!! Poor Management is the answer!! Do Any One Care In This Restaurant!!!! Is it even considered a restaurant anymore? I don't recommend this restaurant to a dog and that's speaking highly so sad Words of wisdom this KFC! If You Don't Care About Your Service, Food, Store, why don't you close down an let a business take that spot who actually want to serve our community with good food, and service, because it's our money that's keeps your business going put some of that money back into your KFC on the side of town, and show us you do care about every single person who come here an bless you with their hard earned money!!!!! That's how you give back!

Awful experience here.. wanted to try the new items, pulled up to the drive thru to order and the employee was immediately rude and snippy. Kept telling me they’re out of everything and I ordered the new wings and said “well you have to wait” I asked how long and she said 10 mins. I told her that was fine.. I immediately pulled up to the window to pay and I was asked what my order was again. I told them and they acted like I didn’t just place the order at the speaker ? I had to give them my complete order again, told again I had to wait “10 mins” and to pull around to the parking lot. So I pay, pull around to the parking lot and waited for 25 mins! No one ever brought out my food, I walk inside to retrieve it and guess what? My order was never even made!! I had already paid, waited 25 mins and had to walk inside only to get attitude again because I wanted the food I paid for.
The manager comes up to me and asks what I ordered, this is now the 3rd time I’ve given my order in a 30 mins time period at this place that is supposed to be fast food. So of course, I give attitude back at this point, because I’m beyond frustrated.. I get fast food and the public sucks. Find something else if you dislike working there that much! I waited another 10 mins inside to finally get my order. So I spent a total of 35-40 mins before getting my food at a fast food restaurant, and the food was cold! Needless to say, I’ll never give this place my money again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went through the drive-thru and had one of the best KFC experiences ever! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it — The manager deserves special praise — Honestly, should be the one training other locations. Great job!

I went inside to the restroom to wash my hands before I ate. Noticed the walls were literally coming apart…. No lock on the bathroom door. Stains and dirt marks on what was left of the wall. I ignored all of this and decided to order anyway… the guy that took my order was nice. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and a sweet tea. And when i got to the end of my sweet tea, i had to spit it out. There was a chunk of slime that seriously made me question my life decisions. Never ever again.

A 20 minute wait for chicken (which is what they do so shouldn't be that long) plus closing the lobby at 6 pm and if that's not enough to avoid this location the restaurant is so very unclean, nasty.
