This location has lost its appeal in appearance, food, and prices. It's just not worth it anymore. The two stars are for the employees, they do put forth a good effort, and its not their fault.

I went to kfc around 2:30 I ordered waited like 2 minutes for my food dined in and was soaking in sweat soon as you walk into kfc it feels like a sauna how do the kfc company expect for customers to enjoy there meal in a environment while your sweating in your food
Great food, but need some cleanup. Window should be cleaned regularly as well as other areas of the store.

If I could leave "0" stars I would. Waited in line for 17 minutes (because the intercom is broken),only to be told there's no white meat chicken its the 1st of the month. This has to be the worst KFC in Pinellas County . I most definitely WILL NOT RETURN!!!

Hard to stay inside with the old cooking grease smell two visits days apart same thing do you change the oil weekly or what?
If you have the crave for KFC drive past this one and find another. Always poor service, dirty, and needs an upgrade.

We first tried to go we sat at the speaker box for about 5 minutes my husband said maybe there's a bill so I backed up and I pulled up and I backed up and pulled up again I yelled at the Box nothing no response so then we finally drove around to the window and sat there nobody came to the window I honked my horn two young guys looked out the window at me and went on about their business they basically ignored me so then we drove around the block and parked in the parking lot and went inside the kid behind the counter that took our order was so high you could barely see the whites of his eyes they were out of coleslaw they didn't have chicken sandwiches they weren't thawed out they said it would be at least 10 minutes for them to be cooked and thawed out then I looked over and they were waiting on a black lady in the Drive-Thru I finally went up to the counter and watched the lady put my order in a bag tied two knots in the bag and stand there for a couple more minutes staring at the screen and then she finally turned around and looked at me and said what did you order and I told her and she said oh this is yours I took it home it wasn't Kentucky Fried Chicken it was over salted and didn't have the Kentucky Fried Chicken spices it was awful I will never ever go there again it was so disorganized and chaotic I think they were all highest kites I have been wanting Kentucky Fried Chicken for about 2 weeks I was looking forward to this I will never go there again

I arrived for my dinner on a Friday at 8:53pm and they told me that the restaurant was closed and that nothing could be done with my order the man insulted me, the only thing he could do is to order in zaxbys I find better

If you are seeking unhealthy very greasy chicken this will be good for you. They should change the name to Southern-drenched in Grease Chicken Restaurant! Ick! Very bad attitudes seeing a racial problem at their drive-thru also.
