Hadn't been to a KFC in years. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of food we received. Ours was a pickup and run order and everything was as ordered. Staff was excellent.

Order taker was rude. Took 5 min of waiting at speaker to order. Said they were out of white meat?? its called fried CHICKEN?? the chicken we did recieve was over cooked. hire more people or shut down. that poor lady is over worked and tired. also, did recieve plastic ware or napkins, or were asked if we wanted sauce.

How are you out of chicken 30 min before you close. Your name is literally fried chicken! Not the first time I’ve had this happen at Kentucky Fried we don’t have any chicken, but the last time I’ll come to your restaurant. Popeyes is next door, do yourself a favor just go there.

Food was pretty okay just be sure to check your order before you leave they corrected it but had I not checked before I left I would have been yelled at for not having the item they wanted to eat in the bag that I paid for. Food was fresh though

I asked for legs and thighs, they agreed, got home and had a breast and a wing. I prefer dark meat. Especially when I'm spending almost $30. The Famous bowl had 2 chicken nuggets in it. I tried to call, but I think they keep the phone off of the hook on purpose.

Purchased here meals,one meal short a piece of chicken and the the other meals no sauces or condiments. Store was not very busy.
I called to tell manger on duty my family member got food poisoning from old chicken they served on 8/12/24 at 5pm and is now in hospital and the manger wouldn’t give her name, no apologies and said there’s nothing they can do. I was simply calling to inform them on what happened and wasn’t looking for anything but the lack of compassion and disrespect is the absolute worst I ever experienced. KFC just lost a customer for life and I’m pretty sure they do care about that either. Smh
