The place is dirty BUT the guy who is the manager oand the one who take the order are Completely Un polite. Is like they are mad because we are buying food , and setting a 200 dollars order!
Who ones this franchise should take care of the employees to put better people , most respectfull.
Is sad … at the end we as clients are at the end who are paying their salaries.

I have no car and so I ordered through a delivery service. My last experience was awful, but I had faith that this would be better. It was the same awfulness and didn't contain my second side item in either order. I ordered two. In any event, I am very disappointed.

Second time, two weeks in a row, I went on a Tuesday to get the 8 for $10 deal. Both times they didn't have a Oringnal chicken. Now you would think a place that specializes in chicken would make sure they were prepared to accommodate the customer. I won't be back.

I have never been served more greasy, undercooked chicken in my life. I had it delivered and it was still hot but it was disgusting. The coating was slippery and beige Shame on you.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this KFC. They’re constantly out of basic items — fries especially. Today they were out again and asked if biscuits were okay, but there wasn’t really any other choice if I wanted my meal. On top of that, the soda here is almost always watered down. It’s really disappointing to keep paying for food and drinks that aren’t what you ordered or don’t taste right.

Ordered 2 chicken Littles with no pickles on the app. Got them home and they had pickles. Brought them back. The 2nd ones had buffalo sauce. Can't believe that Can't get it right!

They run out of everything all the time. Can’t ever get a full bucket of extra crispy, u show up after ordering online after they’ve taken your money to find they have no chicken… Yes you read that right no chicken, then you have to wait to be refunded for days even though you didn’t get anything…UPDATE: today I went and they had a cone in the drive through and were closed at 4pm on a Saturday, no signs, just not open! Should close or have corporate take it over

Every time I come here they never have my item which conveniently happens within an hour of closing each time. Disable the option to order certain items after a certain time if it’s that serious to get out the door by 11pm sharp.

I ordered the pot pie. The crust was flaky thick and delicious but there was hardly any chicken in it so I doubt if I'll ever order it again. On one good note it was delivered quickly by door dash so I think I might try the chicken next time.
