Chicken was over cooked. The potatoes and gravy were cold. Biscuit had a bite out of it. Looks like a mouse or rat was nibbling. Needless to say I didn't eat my dinner.

About two weeks ago, I spent $41 and change on dinner. When I got home the gravy had not been closed and had spilled all over the rest of the meal and the receipt (making it no longer legible). I called the store and they said they would replace it the next day. I said I couldn't do it the next day and the manager on duty said I could get it at another time. I called today to ask if they would honor thier promise and was told by the General Manager they would not. I do not recomend nor will I return to the 34th St location again.

So I ordered a 2 piece. Now the lady who took my order was great. What they served was trash. And that's where it went. Looked like it was sitting there all day. I should have known better. Considering it was up in less than a minute.

YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. I pulled into this KFC for a quick grab and bite. Ordered 2( two) wings and a biscuit. The cost? A whopping $8.46 ? I asked again to clarify. The response " yep, 2 wings and a biscuit $8.46" And presto, poof, I was gone! Right to a taco bell half a block away. 2 tacos and nacho fries, a satisfied belly at $5.25 later , im glad KFC ran me off. Dont bother, price gouging experts at KFC

Service was the only positive thing about coming here. Bidenflation hit hard this time, these are microscopic portion sizes. This meal was $11.67 and contained two sides so small a honey packet could pan across the diameter of it. Chicken leg was as small as a wing and thighs looked like that off a Cornish hen. For the love of god corporations are only shooting themselves in the foot these days. Time to boycott

The food too greasy, either over cooked or almost raw. They couldn't get nobody's order when l visited. The whole place was filthy disgusting and nasty including the bathroom. No paper products in the bathroom either. And very rude staff and including the manager.
